    Here's the deal--there is no accurate Kid Rock seating chart for Van Andel on Ticketmaster Or internet searches--KR does do a catwalk in GR., no? I don't want to wait till the last minute to figure this out. I will call the venue, but still..there is a Maroon 5 seating chart available on TM for Van Andel, but not Kid Rock? WTH? At least The Dow has a Kid Rock setup available to help out peeps buying tickets.
    Any hints, GR Fans?

Yes, I called TM and they transferred me b/4 telling me the presale was only online (are you sure there isn't anything you can do for me?), then asked for my presale code, which was probably entered incorrectly, without the caps, and said no.
This after playing with the TM site all day and night long for the Saginaw presale...sheeit they pull this on me now? How does that song go.."Shoulda known better..." Beware! Do not go throwing a bunch of tickets back! I was trying for 3 or 4 for an hour--they will get you this time!
Toni will be getting the extra special Val treatment that night. (sorry I don't cuddle tho Toni ;))))))

Val, I was doing some looking online about this & it appears it's a 24 hr ban, most likely caused by too many browsers open & or searches for tickets. I do that shit all the time, surprised it hasn't happened to me before. Can you call TM & order the tixs over the phone? Yep Blue, when I looked for the Grand Rapid tixs today it showed I had 10 tixs left per my fanclub code, so it does keep track. @Cyclemel I know you already purchased a membership, but if you really wanna get the tixs today you can purchase another membership at the same time you're getting tixs on the Ticketmaster site.

Mel, members cannot share codes because they are used to track the maximum number of seats (12). Go to tour section then contact customer support at that prompt to resolve your issue.

I just took a look at the tixs for the show, didn't buy :p but there's still some good seats left especially if there's a catwalk. I don't like that interactive map thing, but it did tell me that seats start with #1 on right if facing the stage. Why'd they lock ya out Val?

I must have tried too many times- tried for an hour--never got any Level 1 tickets to come up..now all it says is FORBIDDEN. Anyone know if it is a 24 hour lockout? I already tried to delete cookies and re-set modem--no dice

There is a catwalk according to Van Andel which goes back to Sections 108 and 122. Good tix didn't drop for about 15 minutes and after I bought mine better ones came up. Seats run right to left as you face the stage.

Charity, I'm sorry--ended up being an end stage setup after all, no cat walk.. So my info from Van Andel was not right. She said if looking at stage, seat one would be on extreme right. But who knows now. TM officially locked me out (bastids.) Well at least I have a hotel room for that night in GR--now all I need is tickets!!lol

The setup is the Maroon 5 seating chart. There is a catwalk.
Floor sections have 14 seats, 16 seats, 14 seats, the lady said.

Wish I would have seen this post yesterday! Do you happen to know if the seats are numbered from left to right; outside to inside; etc.?
