    My membership is the higher priced one. I have received a ticket master presale code but never received the code to convert my membership to the rebel souls. I want to make sure when presales in my area are up that I don't have a problem. What do i need to do?

I emailed them too and still nothing. I think this is ridiculous and am going to have them give me my $ back. This is the SOLE reason I signed up and now I won't get tix............

having alot of the same problems. I purchased a membership just so i could get the presale for the Grand Rapids show and I have not yet recievved and email with the codes I will need. So now I am frantically trying to figure out how I get these codes before the tickets go on sale tomorrow

i purchased a fan club membership through ticketmaster when the Columbus, Ohio presale tix went on sale. i have yet to receive infomation/passwords to other shows. Evansville, In goes on pre-sale tomorrow (wednesday) morning. how do i get a password without having to purchase another membership?

Okay! Blues way didn't work but I did email topspin and they got back to me right away with code. It looks like that one worked. Thanks to everyone for there help. See ya on the boat mother truckers!!!!!

Hi guys. Chop Shop are you all set? The MI shows will be on Ticketmaster too so you should be golden with your TM code.
You'll just go straight to Ticektmaster and enter your code. But we should still get you logged into Rebel Soldiers anyway.

If you have the ticketmaster code and the concert you want to go to is selling it via ticketmaster you just need a ticketmaster account and your code. IF it is through this site sign up using internet explorer browser to convert over. You should have to only go to the tour page and hit a link. I think it is still there. IT didn't work when i used FIREFOX only IE. Had zero problem once i used IE, wouldn't work with FIREFOX @ all.

Chop, I have the same email addy from help desk that Blue gave you--I inquired a couple weeks ago b/c I thought my membership expired--Nicole got back to me right away..and probably will you too when back from holidays--good luck!!
PS I will be trying for Grand Rapids and both Saginaw shows...

Chop, since you can't get into Rebel Soul, I copied this and sent them an email. They should get back to you with instructions within 48 hours.
