    Does anyone know why I have not received the pre-sale information for the Grand Raids show???Pre sale starts tomorrow but have not received any emails???

Julie and Dog, try going to Tour page and clicking on Customer support button
to contact Topspin if nothing yet. This is getting way too nuts to be waiting this long.

I emailed them, too, this has NEVER worked for me. Plus can't join the new club yet so not sure what the heck is going on !!. So if I get no code does that mean I can't get tickets early?? I know on ticketmaster you will buy the tickets and the new membership. ARRGGHH we shall see. Keep me updated everyone :)

I hope they get back to you...they answered me in about an hour, and gave me a link to also have Rebel Soul membership from our old membership...

ugh.....this seems like alot of running around.....why couldnt they just send you a code in the receipt from the membership? Seems less complicated. Now i gotta try and figure this all out before the tickets go on sale tomorrow

We didn't get an email for the Saginaw shows, either.
Get on TM tomorrow at 10 am..you will be prompted to enter your code when trying for tickets.
You should have gotten your codes in an email from Kid Rock Rebel Soul Support. If not, email support@kidrockrebelsoul.zendesk.com.
Dog M, you are not showing up as a member--a round KRC gold circle shows up on your avatar when you are--I would email the above as well.
