    I signed up for the Rebal Soldier fan club and have yet to recieve a presale code. The presales I would like to do are this week and next week so I need the code. Please Help!!

i have been a member for years. i did not get a code either. whats up with that?! not even a place to log personal info into to get it. another ticket purchase opportunity lost because i was not provided documentation necessary.

So the email I received said per-sale was on April 10 but this website says pre-sale is on the 11th. Anyone know which is true?

I never got an email either. I emailed customer service earilier this week. They stated that an email was sent out but provided me with a code in their response.

If I'm not mistaken (dont take my word)...sign in, and then follow link...it should recognize you. Or you will get an email.
