Family tradition

Thanks misbehavin. We definately got the snow already here. And Texas of all the places. I'll never forget a couple years ago in march we got 9 inches of snow . My dogs had their coats on out playing in it with me and they but at the snow eating it as I built a huge snow woman. Yes I said woman. She had boobies as Bobby Beauchay would say. Lol . It was fun. Luckily I get to work from home and don't have to get out in it. I almost went off a bridge in 2004 in my forerunner on the ice one year and I usually can drive in it. Now I just stay at home and enjoy.

Sorry bout izzy. I got my mixed bleed dog balue the same way . He was part husky, part healer and was the smartest dog I ever had. He responded to sign language. He put one paw up to the window and tilted his head and looked at me w that one blue eye and one brown eye and I took him home and he was mine for the next 13 years. He died finally of cancer. Man I miss that dog. Everyday I would come home and raise 1 finger and he would sit , give me a kiss, and shake my hand everyday. We are having to postpone Xmas until Saturday because the weather is getting really bad, freezing rain and the streets are icing over. I don't want kids out driving on that because Texas does not experience ice enough for people to know how to drive on it. Not a good sitiation. Oh well, at home with my two jack russels, my hubby, and my bird and a hot cup of coffee. Fixing to snow pretty hard according to weather. Gonna cuddle up in my new wool and chanille blanket w a cup of coffee, a fire in the fireplace and watch national lampoons Christmas . I just love the griswalds.

I couldn't find enough sock monkey stuffed animals so I had some flown in at the last minute. You should have seen the look on all the guys faces in the pictures w their sock monkey hats on. Priceless!

I wish I could go on the cruise and meet all you guys, maybe next year. I was out of work 31/2 months and have over 6 g to pay in house taxes. There goes my cruise. I already told everyone that next Xmas only one thing each because there are just too many and I gotta do something for myself so I can check it off my bucket list. She like that version better.i laughed my ass off in tears one day because as I was laying on my bed I could hear her in the living room singing, happy bird day to me, I'm a pretty girl, I got pretty feathers, da da da.
