    Please add your condolences for WRIF's Drew Lane

    I was saddened to hear the sudden passing of Alex, 19, son of Tess, who is the longtime girlfriend of WRIF's Drew Lane. I know there are many WRIF listeners on here and thought it might bring comfort to Drew's family if we all showed our support. The funeral was this morning and I cannot imagine what they are going through. I offer my sincere condolences and will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers. I ask you to do the same and offer your comment to Drew below.

We lost our son six years ago and it is one of the hardest things to endure. We are so sorry to hear of your loss. The passing of time helps to ease the pain although you can't believe it right now. Hope you are being comforted by friends and family. Sending prayers and comforting thoughts your way.

Please pass on my condolences to Tess and Drew. The death of a child (even an adult child) is one of the hardest things to ever endure. Please let them know our thoughts are with them and that although it doesnt seem like it now, it WILL get easier to bear with time. I am so sorry for their loss.

I usually listen to Drew and Mike each morning on my way to work. Lately I have just been burning up my stereo with Rebel Soul. Sorry to hear of his passing. So young. Hope that he and Tess find comfort in the thoughts and prayers of others and in happy memories.

R, it was so nice of you to post this. Listen to that station a lot. Will keep Drew and family in my prayers, so sad to lose such a young son.
