@Flashlightcrash..........I agree. I had written to the KRC with a question about the membership and Nichole St.Jean responded by the next day. She explained everything. I did get a code to use for ticket purcahse and when I got tickets for Toledo, OH the purchase went perfectly! So happy with the seats I got :)

We've all Rebel Bitched and Moaned at one time or another over the years--usually over glitches that eventually get solved. - I have never felt screwed over or ever lost any respect or admiration for this Band I Love :-)

By all means, some of us have every right to be a "Rebel Bitcher". You pay to have a Deluxe Membership, that membership promising you pre-sale tix, and well...when you see the clock ticking of your tix going on sale in a few hours and you haven't received a code or even a reposnse...well it's a pretty damn "bitchy" situation!!!! Not to mention, never receiving an email with the redemption code to transfer over from KRC to RS. Just sayin~ #getnscrewed

Got tickets for Huntington
Got tickets for Huntington Center on Toledo, OH. The purchase was seamless and all went well. I did get booted off once when I was in the payment screen (website expired) but it was not a problem to just start the purchase over again. I even got floor tickets! SO excited. Come on March!!!

I got the email for presale but I thought I had already joined rebel soldiers with the last code but when I read the latest email it says you cannot join from an iPad but I did and mine finally went through after some difficulty. So I guess what I'm trying to find out is do I have a membership or not. It stated it was successful and I ordered 4 tickets to Tulsa concert as well so I'm assuming its good , of course until I read the last email. Also my profile pic has disappeared and don't know where to find it. The only person in the world that I would love to meet is Kid Rock. And not because "I'm in love with him" or "want to be with him" but because he is a awesome person. I am truly amazed at how this "American Bad Ass" really seems to have a heart of gold. I have been to 2 concerts and hopefully get to make it to another in Feb or March 2013 when the tour is closer to me. I will never be able to make it to the front roll or back stage pass because its just too much money. But I will always make it to a show anytime I possibly can, even if I have to sit the furthest away. My heart goes out to Kid Rock and his crew for being such humble people and making a stand for our country, reconizing the true hero's, all them men and women who fight for our freedom. Hi there, I am the oldest living Kid Rock fan in the world. Until I saw the special when "Born Free, came out, I had forgotten how much I still love rock and roll. Kid Rock is the essence of putting old school and new school together. I ran out and bought Born Free, and then began buying all the old stuff including what the powers that be didn't release when it first came out. As you can imagine, I was about the first one in the store for "Rebel Soul". I am a native Detroiter and have lived here in Houston 36 years - that begs the question, how old is the crazy woman? Well, I am 67, have seen the Kid twice at the rodeo here, drove to Thackerville, OK to see him there and have bought tickets for Beaumont about a 2/12 hour drive.. Thackerville was 5+ hours and worth every mile. Looking forward to Beaumont since my daughter is paying for my best friend to go - Husband has been 3 times and he said "Enough" Kid Rock needs to come see us. Anyway, it would be awesome to meet him. We will be on the floor for the concert - one 67 year old and a 55 year old. What a deal! Keep doing what you are doing and ROCK and RAP on. K, this transition to the new Rebel Soul system is hard and there are lots of questions. Looks like we have someone working their butt off to reply to all. Just might take awhile, and I am sure this is frustrating to those trying for current presales. If you are not waiting for a presale this week, please, please, please, read the threads on the Community forum and in the Congregation forum (members only) before posting a complaint or request for help. The last two days, many questions have been answered by the Webcrew with good advice. Begging you not to add to the number of requests for help until after you read the threads and the Congregation fan club communiques, because I think most of you will find when you do, the solution is there.
