Seems like Kid Rock and his organization are becoming very unappreciative of the fans, as I have never had an experience like this in the past! I could have easily bought the cd the day it was released, and for a cheaper price, but decided to go the pre-order route because of my past experience. VERY UPSET!!!!!!!

This is messed up! Those packages with the necklaces were sweet & expensive. I would have liked to have got one but with working less & going to college i couldn't swing it. I am glad i get pinned Saturday and school is almost over. NOW i soon will be back to working regular and studying for boards til i take them! Least money won't be as tight or should i say i won't be holding onto it as tight because i will be making more...
I called Top Spins #. A real person called me back a few days later and left a supposed real number and such and her name. I expect i should let them know via email or phone that i @ least figured out how to activate my Rebel Solider membership via help from ConnieP. At least i should be able to get some sweet tickets for the show i wanna go to! Least i hope so anyways!

I still have not received my CD and T-shirt a week and a half later. My order says Acknowledged just in the last day or two. Then it has to go to a Pending status, then to a shipped status. I've read that other people have received CD's they pre-ordered before they even were out in stores. I too have experienced that but it was not Topspin who was fulfilling those. I emailed Topspin's customer service a week ago and no response. Finally found a phone # for them and have called 50 times back to back and it goes straight to a voicemail everytime saying to leave your name, email and phone # so they can get back to you. Yeah right, just like you got back to me in a day when I emailed you like your web site states!
