    PLEASE HELP!!! INFO NEEDED!!!!

    I live in Alabama and am purchasing tickets for the 2/23/13 concert. I just put in BEST AVAIL, the tickets it came back with was not in a marked section, it says CONT and then a row and seat number. I have seen Kid Rock at the BJCC before but we were in a section. I called ticketmaster and they couldn't even tell me where the area was located. ALSO, I am not getting tickets by mail, I have to show my ID and credit card to get in. Can anyone tell me where I am going to be located??? Please........

I also purchased ticket for the Bham show at 10 this morning. Mine also list CONT for a section then a ROW and SEAT. I purchased 6 tickets total. They all say that... I can only hope they are down front. Don't really know for sure. As far as paperless tickets go, I know alot of Artist and Venues are doing that now to cut down on scalpers buying up the tickets. We'll have to see. Let me know if you figure it out.
