    I was a member, or am, a member of the Kid Rock Congregation. However, I started seeing where people were having trouble accessing codes to presale tickets. I never received this email so I contacted customer service, who informed me my email address was not listed as a member of the KRC.

    I then repurchased a fan club package to be included in the Kid Rock Rebel Soldiers. Everyone is talking about accessing presale tickets with their redemption code, but still, I have received nothing.

    I'm really confused on what's going on. Will they eventually email me? Am I supposed to go somewhere other than the KRC?

    If anyone could tell me anything I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm really dying to get presale tickets to the Memphis concert, which go on sale Dec. 4, and I'd like to have this issue resolved by then. I never miss his concerts, but I've never had up-close and personal seats at his concert before either.

it's the same code Shanelly. You have a 12 ticket maximum for the entire tour. If you still have tix left you can buy, the code should work.

I'm still confused about everything. Although I can tell you, I never received my codes at the beginning of the Rebel Soul tour, but after several emails and phone calls, I finally got my codes!! And it was sooooo worth all the hassle. It was the best concert yet!!! As for the new $20 concert, I have never received codes.

I sure do understand your frustration American-Outlaw Lady. I finally got my presale code for the Memphis show and I busted bootie to purchase those tickets ASAP. I got my tickets, which were good tickets, but not what I would consider "great," and then out of curiosity, tried again for tickets 10 minutes later and got better ones!!! Obviously by then I couldn't afford additional tickets but I sure was upset. But, I have followed Kid Rock for years and he always seems so genuine with his fans. Hopefully it will be settled for the next tour date.

Wow !!!! Apparently I've been too patient with Top Spin media! I received 1 presale code back on Dec 5th and NOTHING since then. Attempts to solve this are answered by form letters with random excuses. WTF ??? This is the very last thing I would expect from Kid Rock's people. Shame on you.
Guess it's the same all over----bend over and take it up the ass. Thanks a lot. I work hard for my money and don't need to waste $55.00 on NOTHING. I'm very unhappy, but I will attend a Los Angeles concert. Won't be joining any more fan club shit things.

Im so tired of the "Fan Club" bull shit. Its like this with every tour. I still dont have my presale code but it doesnt surprise me. I think I will keep my money next time and take my chances with the public sale. As much money as the devoted fans spend on shows, shirts, cruise's ect..it seems like it would be easier to be a fan club member. Its one big cluster fuck.

And AJAY I totally agree with you! I can't imagine how overwhelmed support staff has been lately. I hope they got some overtime out of the deal. Lol! As for compensation how awesome would front row tickets be?! OMG could you imagine?! I'm not gonna lie, I'd probably die of a heart attack so I'd never get to enjoy them. Haha.

I'm proud to say I finally received my codes. Sure I emailed Topspin about 30 times and left six voicemails but who is counting? Haha. My persistency finally paid off. I received a code for presales with Ticketmaster but it still won't log me in as a rebel soldier. So I'm hoping and praying today at 10 I can get my tickets to Memphis. If not, I'll just wait with the rest of the public. It's not like it's my first time to see Kid Rock. I just choose to hope if I can't get presales tickets everyone that does has a wonderful time while I squint my eyes from the nosebleed section. Ha. Good luck everyone!

FINALLY got my code tonight. I've been working on this since last friday. I had to go to rebel soul support and submit a request. I had the same response about my KRC and I too never got a code after purchasing the new membership. Support didn't have my email in their system for purchasing it. I had to give them my order number so they could find me. It was an absolute headache but I can proudly say, I'm a rebel soldier, officially. I'd submit a request and include your new membership order number. Hope this helps!

This whole membership change over is a clusterfuck and a half from what i have experienced. I want to be ready for the pre-sale for Nashvegas so i have the option to buy a ticket in a advance or maybe 2. Kid could always comp me 2 front rows and i think i could find it in my heart to overlook this matter! LMFAO!!! J/K. I may have mine resolved. I for once was signed out of facebook and tried it and the Kid Rock site and i think it worked. I know i am hoping he has other pre sale before Nashvegas so i can test it and know for sure....

Should have just built a new website and converted the whole thing over and it would have probably been easier...

Agree, not the best roll out here. However, when TopSpin called me back within five minutes within the 4/10 presale, they assured me that they are sending us members a new email shortly containing procedures and contacts for corrections. Check your emails. When I get it, I will post it here in the forum for you all.

Well, I have continuously sent emails to the webcrew and to Topspin, in hopes that persistence pays off. Topspin emailed me back on Sunday and said all codes for new presale tickets will be emailed on Monday. So, still waiting and hoping!!
