How is your day going, Mr. Fantastic? Just writing that made me smile. My body was very tired today so I've been attending to its needs. After a much needed nap, I picked up my former roommates massage chair and that helped until I can get a real massage. It is a bittersweet day for me in two respects. First, I can't find the picture of you and your mother. You are so sweet to have treated your mother to such a wonderful experience. Bless your heart. You are a good son. I would love to see it for I would love to see her proud smiles as she stands with her loving son, but apparently my research skills today are a bit under par. I'll keep hoping. The other is I returned your Born Free CD to the Library. It was due tomorrow and I tried to renew. The librarian said there was a hold on it, but I could keep it until tomorrow and a few days after that paying 10 cents a day for each day it was overdue. I could not deny another from hearing your artistry so I handed it over. I was happy someone else was looking forward to the joy of listening to you. She asked me if I'd like to say goodbye to it and handed it back to me; I held it to my heart for a moment and then let it go. They are so good to me there and so sweet. I know I have it on my computer, but you know I'm old school - I loved holding your CD and seeing your pictures throughout. While funds are unbelievably tight right now, I am blessed to still have it and maybe I'll check my piggy bank because I saw it at Hastings for $8.99 so I'm gonna try. I am still thankful for my present and He knows it. I am so blessed. Plus, Rudolph is on CBS tonight...a fond childhood memory. I hope you are having a blessed day and taking good care of yourself. How was your evening, Sweetheart? I hope your whole day was wonderful :) I had a lovely, relaxing evening with my friends. I'm thinking I'll turn in early as my yawns have already begun. I love, love, love it that so many who love your music cannot choose just one song or really even two; I love reading that so many love your entire album. I remember your post to us quite a bit ago when you shared with us the album was going well and you were really inspired. You truly were for it is amazing...only, sometimes I think it's too short :) I want more and more...oh, I guess that's why I play it over and over and over and over again (as do lots of others, I see). You amaze me. You humble me. You inspire me. You enchant me.

I had a delightful Four Paws journey and there was a strong, cold wind blowin'. Remember I said I was a tree hugger? My daily walks include two: a bigger aspen...hugging it, balancing out vibrations and I pray during my hugs, for the aspen in their groves are all connected, so I renew my prayers and revive my belief we are all connected, we are all one and come from the same source; then the big ol' pine thanking God for His continued strength, guidance, support, and love. I had a wonderful talk with my tax lady (enrolled agent so she can do anyone's taxes anywhere in the U.S.)...she is phenomenal!!! She's been taking on the IRS for over 30 years...God really blessed me when I found her years ago. And, I figured out how to structure my Supreme Court brief, which I was struggling with, but I feel great about it now. The judge needs a comeuppance; I guess that’s why God’s giving me this opportunity after all these years of observation of him. It’s my duty so I can continue to look Vets deeply in their eyes and thank them for their service. I'm off to dinner with car-lending vet and her vet husband. I hear and sing along to each of your songs as they are in my head and heart as I awake in the morning and as I go throughout my day, regardless of if I'm playing your CD or not. Yes, I voted for them all, but I'll TRY to go through and single at least a few out. I'll do my best :) As I look in The Mirror, sometimes feeling myself like you're never gonna let me love you (especially those times when I feel the geographic miles between us), I still find I'm pheenin' for the steely blues of Mr. Rock N Roll and praying - be it train, plane, automobile, or Midnight Ferry - to set my feet on the ground in Detroit, Michigan, for God did save Rock N Roll through your Rebel Soul. And you saved mine, over and over and over and over again. Even in darkness you're my strength my soul my will to survive. I don't know if there are Chickens and CATTs in our Redneck Paradise I keep on believin' in, but I carry on my way with yes the world until we get to Celebrate each of our days as a Happy New Year, when I can whisper in your ear I love you and when you can have my Cucci Galore.
