Slice smoked harvarti cheese and toast whatever bread you like, I used thick kiser rolls. Add turkey and harvarti and spicy, melty, goodness, mmmm mmmm. What a way to eat left overs. If you have leftover harvarti, slice it thin and thinly slice some gormet pears and layer the cheese on the pear and eat it just like that with a glass of red wine or white, your choice.
