why isn't the tour coming to Las Vegas?
Pulled turkey sandwiches with chipoltle, cranberry BBQ sauce. Get some jacks hot BBQ sauce, you know that shit u put on everything, left over pulled turkey, chipoltle seasoning- make it as hot as you like, spicy mustard, blend cranberry sauce to puree and mixed sauce and seasoning and simmer pour over pulled turkey and let it simmer together. Slice smoked harvarti cheese and toast whatever bread you like, I used thick kiser rolls. Add turkey and harvarti and spicy, melty, goodness, mmmm mmmm. What a way to eat left overs. If you have leftover harvarti, slice it thin and thinly slice some gormet pears and layer the cheese on the pear and eat it just like that with a glass of red wine or white, your choice. Cures turkey hangover.

There's a lot if Tex Mex cooking here in Texas.
That sounds like that's right
That sounds like that's right up my alley, RJ. I love cooking with cilantro.. I make a rice and beans that's out of this world. I like using Texas Pete hot sauce. But yes.. the turkey taco sounds like a plan with all that you mentioned. Thanks for the idea
Oops that was franks hot BBQ

And I know this sounds weird
And I know this sounds weird but add some crumbled fetta over the top. Even try it on regular tacos. Some like goat cheese but yuck, it's too pungent to me.
I forgot to add to cut the
I forgot to add to cut the turkey up, add a little olive oil and chile and simmer it before it goes in the taco. Kinda like el pastor.
I'll have to think a little
I'll have to think a little while on the turkey cabbage combination unless it's on the side. Oh, street tacos, but don't cook the cabbage. Corn tortillas cilantro and a little pico de galo and some of that Jacks hot sauce- you can put that shit on anything. Hee hee the commercial, love it. Not a spokes person though.
Cut some bacon and onion and
Cut some bacon and onion and greek seasoning and fry the cabbage in the bacon grease for flavor. Not all of it but some. The Greek season brings out the flavor. Better yet southern style , take cabbage, potatoes, onion cut all up. Get the heat hot with a little olive oil in another pan and brown some thick cut pork chops, then in a roasting pan put all of it together and cover in cream of mushroom soup, or on the lighter side, Lipton onion soup and pop it in the oven about 325 and forget about it for a while. Easy, quick, and mmmm. I also like to do the thick pork chops butterflied and stuffed with homemade stuffing and a light brown gravy with cabbage on the side. Makes me hungry.hee hee. Southern seasoned greens are good too.
Sounds hearty. I'd like to
