Goo video and a great song. My Uncle was in WW2 fighting the Nazis. And my father inlaw was in the South China sea back in 66 on the USS Kittyhawk.

In Feb of 2011, my mom was diagnosed with ALS. Most of that year I spent in IN helping her with drs appts and around the house. In Jan of 2012, I left a difficult relationship and moved back to IN to take care of my mom. Your music has brought me joy, allowed me to cry when needed, and given me the courage to keep going. On the tough days I know I can hear your voice and get strength from one of your songs. Now as I contemplate where life will take me next, I listen to your new album and have hope. Thanks for all you do and everyone you do it for!!

I purchased Kid's new CD on the 19th when it was released..I have to say I was not a Kid fan with his early stuff.{I'm not into rap} but his last couple of albums have become my favorite music..especially if I'm driving, great road music..I put new CD in and started driving, can't say I really liked it first play thru. Then,I played it twice, then third time I started really listening and started getting into it..Have to say I really started enjoying it on fourth play thru..Looks like a winner to me..Keep rocking us out Kid!!!!

Bob, my son is a U.S. Marine out there somewhere in the Middle East.. I can't stop the tears from falling. You and the TBT have made it feel so real with this video.. I haven't heard from him in a while and man do I miss the shit outta him.. Thank you so much for caring the way that you do... It means a lot....

Great video, cool song. As for the glasses, they're retro, which has made a comeback, so KR is on trend...would I wear them, no, but I'm not a very trendy person lol.

Video is GREAT~!! I must say I don't want any more War, and was confused at this time really why Kid would put so much now into a song for the troops to "ride to" - after being on the last cruise "Chillin the Most" I believe because he was so touched by the Gifted Flag he received from a Fan and he wanted to GIVE BACK to the Service People. I admire that. Lets Ride or Die- line a bit freaked me out, but it is REALITY, our service people put their lives on the line Daily. NOW about the comments about "Looks" - I briefly scanned over some comments that refered to dah "KIDs" glasses. Well I've worn glasses since 3rd grade. My dad wears glasses- its in my genetics to have poor eye site- we can't help it if we were Born This Way, put please please don't critize people on their Looks. Its what is on the inside that counts!!!!

this song makes me reflect back to the boat... when the proud, lovely lady who serves in our military mentioned at the QnA that they always play Kid Rock when they are getting ready to go in. With listening to her story and hearing this song, it sends shivers up my spine. God Bless our military

Hey... the man's gotta see, c'mon now...lol Glasses don't make the music this man creates... why must he conform to a certain look to get play on washed up teen bop pop video shows... overrated. I'm an adult now.. I like adult music... kids will just have to adjust to their senses and knock off the "I look pretty, Beiber' craze... what it comes down to is good parents teaching their kids about good music, making it apart of their lives. Disco sucks, Krause Rules.. nice guitar... great video and love the glasses... now I don't feel like such a dork when I wear mine..lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUpaHawFLUk

I agree, DIANA R...I saw and appreciated the first video, but this one I felt, viscerally, and I really appreciate it, as hard as it is for me to watch what we ask of those who defend our freedom. Thank you for sharing these images in your video so I may add more detail to my prayers for our troops. I love that your musical masterpiece sends our troops out energized, inspired, and with a prayer. God bless you, Mr. Ritchie!!! I found myself singing parts of your song all throughout my day; I couldn’t and didn’t want to stop, so I didn’t :) As for your glasses…LOVE ‘EM, LOVE ‘EM, LOVE ‘EM!!! LOVED SEEING YOUR BLUE EYES!!! LOVE YOU!!! And LOVE OUR COUNTRY and OUR TROOPS!!! Keep rockin’ it YOUR WAY, Robert James Forever Kid Rock Ritchie…20+ years and still tearin’ the house down with your heart-felt artistry and we’re still clamoring for more!!! Don’t stop believing…in your artistry, in yourself, in the dream.

If it's real...you'll feel it! That shit is real...and man I felt it! God bless our troops and you, Bobby, for always remembering your country and your fans!! I love you (even with those nerdy glasses!) :-)

I've been sport'in the same frames but just a bit smaller. I've resorted to having to wear bi-focals the past year. One Sunday after hearing the gosple which said, "It's better to pluck out your eye if your eye causes you to sin, it's better to enter into the Kingdom with one eye." I basically told my priest afterwards that at least I can look at Kid Rock with six eyes now that he's no longer married to Pam Anderson (who he happens to like). He busted out laughing as usual. I was just thinking of Huey Lewis and The News last night and their song It's Hip To Be Square, and I was thinking that Kid fits the picture perfactly with his glasses on. In my opinion once you have already established being cool you can do and wear anything you want and still look sexy. The song is one of the greatest new songs that I've ever heard in a very long time aside from Born Free. Kid has that rock and roll edge that the majority of the new artists lack. If it wasn't for the greats from the 70's and 80's still pumping out stuff we would all be lost. Thank you Kid for Rock and Roll, and for keeping what's left of it still alive. Hats off to you and The TBT Band for a new chapter in all of our lives. God Bless.

First off... Cool Vid & Song. I would also like to say thanks to the TROOPS!! Now, on to the new album - I understand the dude Jamie's comments below (to a point) but I also know this is not 1998 and people change. Personally, Im glad we all change. (for the better, I hope) I've been a fan for along time and always will be. I think the new album is cool and I like the sound. I too would enjoy another round of Kid Mutha Fkn Rock, IF and WHEN the time is right but for now I'm enjoying the new tunes. Until then, I appreciate what you do, and I get it.... Scott

Bob im a very big fan, from Detroit n followed u since grits, love the song and the vid for lets ride, but honestly u cldve left the glasses home they dont suit u in the vid it just shows ur age n we need keep the younger genre interested so they keep coming back for more while at the same time expanding their musical diversities. Growing up in the hood around the same time you did, I was all about rap while it emerged on scene but over the many years being a fan of yours, i slowly converted over to other forms of music n id like to give you some credit for that although it was not an overnite process. I liked each new album you made less n less but the music grew on me and i eventually loved each track from every album more n more. You and I are far from old and my view is that u still have a good 6 or 7 years of influence left to this younger crowd if u apply yourself, lose the glasses n come out with a cpl more older "1998 kidrock" type records to sway my kids to follow the "early morning stone pimp" cause thats the shit they wanna hear from you n quite honestly id love it also. Anyway i can go on and on with my opinion cause im 40 yrs old n have too much time to think lol, but if you or your staff wld like any other feedback from a normal guy relating to anything ya got going on feel free to hit me up jfelek@live.com

The other Let's Ride video was great too! This one is more gritty, more real. The other one had very good pictures too. This one left you with a feeling of reality; the other one with some images of happy feelings. Again, both great videos and an AWESOME song. You ROCK !!
