Dark Thirty
There’s a faceless girl
In a nameless City
Ready to take on the world
Oh she’s so damn pretty
Bright eyes and long curls
Never been down and dirty
Aint never seen the things
That happen at dark thirty
The bad bad things that happen
At dark thirty
There’s some kind of people
That change right after dark
Take advantage of a young girl
With a certain kind of spark
Might wind up in the dirt
Down in Central Park
For whatever its worth
Happens at dark thirty
Bad bad things happen
At dark thirty
There’s a faceless kid
In a nameless town
He plans to make it big
He plans to bring it down

I'm not messing with ya, just
I'm not messing with ya, just trying to figure u out. That was a very kind gesture that you did for that little boy and it just got my crazy mind wondering who u were because I didn't recall seeing you on here before. U seem like a really good person and I don't mess with good people. And to tell u the truth I don't remember which song I was referring to because my brain is on overload from 87 classes in four weeks for job orientation. I just might turn out smart or something. Lol
Luv this song on the first

I'm with Margo.. wasn't sure
I'm with Margo.. wasn't sure on the vocal effect.. but the song is amazing. I love the progression in the song. The lead guitar work is excellent. The lyrics are great. The acoustic guitar work incredible. This song has one hell of a climax on guitar alone.. my kinda song :) Some of the stuff in there kinda reminds me of a few Pink Floyd songs for some reason... or some rock stuff that I used to listen to back in the late 1980's. Gonna be awesome to hear at a show, a lot off the album will.
This song hurts my heart! But
This song hurts my heart! But I love it too! Just like many things!!!
The first time I heard this
The first time I heard this song I wasn't diggin the auto-tune/vocoder thing...reminded me too much of a T-Pain song/sound lol, but I gave it another chance....glad I did, it's a really good song.
I like it as well. The
I like it as well. The hallelujah kind of gets me just like it does in Cohens song. Smart people making smart records that appeal to almost anyone and everyone. Good , good stuff. I have some more if he'd like to share!
I was listening to this again
I was listening to this again while driving home tonight. It was dark and rainy outside and the music, married perfectly with the lyrics, just seemed to fit the mood. This song has depth and conveys vulnerability. All the elements come together to create an "experience." I cannot wait to hear it in concert.
I absolutely love this song.
