We were at the Tigers game tonight as the no hitter was happening, I never mentioned it, neither did my son or husband, we know better, but someone didn't cuz Anibal Sanchez pitched an unbelievable game tonight, and was robbed of the no hitter with 2 outs to go in the top of the ninth, by no less than Joe Mauer. UGH, but brilliant pitching by Sanchez. FYI for the baseball newbies, NEVER MENTION NO HITTER WHILE A NO HITTER IS HAPPENING!!! I don't buy into jinxes but I buy into this one.

Bought this today. Haven't had a chance to listen to it yet though. Will listen to it when i settle down for the night after doing homework/reading for school. Kind of excited. Already know what Kid's sounds like as it streamed on iTunes. Figure @ some point will pick up Rebel Soul.
First listen of Rebel Soul and i was like i don't like this. As usual i had to listen to it a few times. Bob is cutting a lot of sounds and a lot of flavors in this record. Not really into the Cucci sound but i expect after listening to it awhile it might grow on me. The songs that strike me as good are: Let's Ride, Rebel Soul, God Save Rock n' Roll, Happy New Year, Redneck Paradise, Midnight Ferry, and those are in no particular order. Don't particularly dislike any of the songs on there....some i just skipped over listening to when i was streaming it because i liked the other songs better.

Looking @ Kid's deluxe packages. Sure wish i could afford the $300 dollar one. Just can't do it though...Love the eagle & Rebel Soul on it. OH such is life as it will get better when school is over & i hopefully pass my boards! The sacrifices we make, the chances that we take for the lives we wanna save....We are in our chosen place on this particular day! I am sure many ppl that i help will be grateful i sacrificed the money & time for my studies....
