    NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!! Today the new album comes out, which I preordered through fan club, and no CD!! It went UPS then to the local USPS for delivery. It has been sitting at my local post office since the 18th and now it states "expected delivery 11-21-12"!!! WTF!! I could of went to the store and bought it and IT IS $3.00 CHEAPER AT THE STORES!! I am very disappointed in this. The company that sent out the CD's need to have "in home delivery" dates on the package!! I worked for the post office and if you put the dates of delivery on the package...9 times out of 10, it is delivered on time!! I am not happy at all. I have preordered that last two CD's from the fan site without a problem and now all of sudden, no delivery.....Frusterated fan!!!

Your not alone -- I ordered from the Official Site here - the CD. It did not arrive either on yesterday's date 11/19/12-- I called as my credit card had been charged November 5th. I was told - it was "Hung" in the system - and that they over sold. They then told me I would get a credit to my credit card of $12.66 --- also cheeper to buy at the local Meijer store for $9.99--- so I bought TWO. Yes two, one to keep in the sleeve, but your right- what a mess with the orders. I was HOT also to say the least, when you PREorder something you should get it a day earlier than the release date.

Mine came very timely and oh what fun , like Xmas! Love Chicken in the Pen, Cat Boogie, Cucci Galore, and especially Happy New Year, not to say that there are not far more that I like. One would top the country chart if not for a few choice words but hey, it's Kid F Rock. What else would you expect and would you like it any better? Nawwhh!

Postperson delivered the package to me at my door at 1 pm. So sorry to see that so many others did not have the same experience. Hope you folks can get it straightened out quickly.

HEY! I got my bundle in the mail today. Right on time. It was scheduled for delivery today and it came in! I am SO happy. Have been frustrated trying to get the Billboard magazine, missed the Nascar concert (no ESPN at my house). Did get to see Bobby on GMA this morning, will watch the Lions game on Thursday and will also watch Sunday Morning this Sunday. So things are good. Am about to go for a drive and listen to the CD. There is just something about driving and rockin out to Kid Rock!

It works .. I emailed them last week about my order and they replied pretty fast. It was directly off the pre-order page that they just took down.
Correction, the address is off the live receipt for contacts about order issues.

What can they do about now really though? My tracking number shows it was shipped out and sitting in the next town over. They are just going to tell me that they shipped it out and out of their control now. I can see it already...

Id like to know why my invoice states two were shipped, yet I only recived 1 and no information for my seperate package deal other than a reciept I recived when encially ordered. (R&RJ and BF arrived the day of release)

Went to top spin website and nothing for "contact us" or anything. Who knows how to contact them. I am emailing my old postmaster right now and having him call the distrubution center where my CD is supposedly sitting!! Kidrock and staff should of stuck with Artist Arena!! Never had a problem with them for CD preoder or concert tickets. Diana R, I will keep my fingers crossed for ya too. Exactly, if I would of known, I could of gotten it this morning...and cheaper like I mentioned.
