Anybody and I know there are a few out there living with constant pain not the mild kind the lot that take meds that thin your blood to the point if you were ever in a car accident you would bleed to death. Dick I was was told over the last 3 years went from doctor to doctor to have them scratch thier heads and say DONT KNOW..yeah he was 71 and a race car driver. he also had the rough stuff too the emotional stuff his granddaughter that he loved dearly died at 16 and he couldnt ever get over that hurdle.

I hope this big reward will spur someone to come forward with the right information so they can catch this guy. According to the Observer and Eccentric Newspapers, the FBI and the Bureau of Tobacco, Alcohol, Firearms, and Explosives are both offering $50,000, and Crime Stoppers is offering $2,000.

Happened to myself on the way to a Big Brother Big Sister event for the local Sheriff. Hit the side of my truck just next to my sleeping little brother's head...I saw the kid drop to his knees, take aim, and shoot from just beyond a canal running parallel to the street I was traveling. He was never caught. Responsible gun ownership is imperative. People, these days, lack respect!

This guy is shooting either from a parked car or from his car while moving. Scary, I grew up there, my family and a lot of high school friends still live in the area. Very tense for people. I just hope it isn't a copycat and they have to look for more than one. I remember the DC sniper, he shot from a vehicle he rigged up didn't he, mostly killed people in parking lots and waiting for the bus and such. There have been 21 cars shot at, the one guy hit, and one guy was shot at taking out his garbage.
