First game jitters out of our systems, think it was too long of a wait for the Tigers and got too relaxed...thought the SF welcome at Opening for the Tigers seemed a bit shabby, so c'mon Detroit show 'em some real Detroit class and acknowledge and welcome all the deserving players who've made it this far on Saturday at Comerica!
Hey Kid hope you're going to help them get back "the eye of the Tiger" by giving them a pep talk in the locker room, or hopefully opening up one of the games with the National Anthem, would be a real treat for the city ;)

Not in 2006, realize JV has a lot more experience, but he pooped out today. Really wanted to keep the bullpen more fresh. One thing, is SF will probably start to get really tired by the end of the series. Maybe then our rest will come into play. And I know it is only one game, but I tend to get super pissed off at stupid plays, i.e. Delmon Young, where the hell was that ball going, certainly not to home plate.
