    "Americans" is a short, public service film starring Sean Penn and Kid Rock, directed by Jameson Stafford. The goal of the film is to tear down the one-dimensional political stereotypes portrayed by the media by confronting them head on. It reminds us that what really matters is that we're all Americans, with diverse thoughts, opinions and stances on issues. We are millions of unique, individual parts, the sum of which comprise a whole that is the shining beacon of freedom throughout the world.

    The film reminds us to be proud of our differences, and to never forget that we're all in this together as Americans.

Thank you Kid Rock for a little humor in all this insane bullshit we have to listen to. I will be so glad when all of this is over. Elections divide this country when it should bring us together. I think all any of us want is the truth. I hope this country can once again be the great place others look up to. That we can show the world what peace is all about. I just hope that who ever becomes president, they can bring people together to work out our issues not create more. Thanks for your Red, White and Blue spirit.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion. I just hope Robert James Richie makes the right choice. He has been there for our troups so I know he cares but does he really listen to why they were there? Obama has brought most of them home. Just my opinion $ sucks!

I knew Detroit in the 60's and it's hard to say that the town ever rose above it. I'm old enough to have wiped your sweet baby butt, but not too old to know that I still couldn't ruin you for any other woman. I've got to tell you-- Romney ain't Detroit's friend, unless you think the City would like taking it up the ass. Detroit is the epitomony of the working class busting their butts to make America great. I can't say that Obama is the answer here either, however, America is facing a world of hurt right now. As a highly educated, peace and harmony kinda woman, I feel afraid . I hope you have contemplated the impact that your opinion has on those that have felt your soul through your music and that you have rightly, with love in your heart for those less fortunate than you, chosen sides here that will stand true to whan you really want the world to know and believe about you as a man. The opportunity for finding peace and justice, for all those who live in this great country, can only come about when one recognizes their own equality with every other American who lives in this nation.

- That is Kid's dad - Bill Ritchie as the priest that leans in toward Kid and Sean. - That is a 60's Chevy - since it's a 4 door, I think it an Impala, but I'm 100% - but it has the chevy grill. - My question is: Where is Chelios in this video? He is listed in the credits as an "Extra", but I have seen the video 3-4 times and I don't see him - unless he has his back to the camera in the wedding scene. Great video and I love the beach cruisers....Nice touch at the end for the American BadAss and a Hollywood BadAss!

love the video!! both kid and penn did a great job. Great message , people are entitle to vote for whomever they want to. Still do not know which man I'll vote for. It makes me mad when I hear my coworkers say they are not going to vote,because they do not like either man. I answer if you do not vote then you can not bitch later on! Hahaha!! Now that was funny and a great message...but just an act! Like most everything, it's about PR and when it comes right down to it..$$$!!!
