Well, today was not the day I had planned...but it was the day I lived and living it, I am happy. I've got those little buggers and their nutso boss on the run. I shuffled belongings, getting them at least in the building in which they need to be. I made progress even though I didn't feel like doing it. Stubborn blonde Norwegian comes in handy once in a while. I wore my cowboy boots today, too, for added moral support. I'm heading to 316 to head to bed shortly. I'm going to get a jump on those dasterdly fellows early tomorrow. For plugging on through in faith, He showed me a significant puzzle piece I'd been asking about. God is good.
I stopped at the Brew for only one for I saw Angel DG G's vehicle and she's been away so it's good to catch up. Heading to drop a few things at the Creamery and back to 316 to continue on. I hope your day has been good. My MP3 player did that magical doubling again today, although He gave me Rock On three times so I gave Him a big high 5 :) Thank you for my journey with you today. Thank you for being my friend who listens as I pause and finally look back, allowing myself a different perspective and remembering the good times. I'll be down later for my propers. Smiles :)
I was thinking of you. I was recalling Q's ribbing I took last night regarding my NASCAR lighter. I countered his argument with the fact, as a woman, I thought I deserved some credit for even having it. I found out his biases towards the specific one I'd chosen and countered with the reason I purchased it was because I witnessed his handshake with my friend whose character assessment I choose to trust. Q agreed he is a good man. That's what I saw in the handshake - one good man shaking hands with another. Then, I remembered you answered my question that this was the second marshaling and I smiled and felt loved. I'm off to the Creamery to meet OF for her lunch hour and drop off some stuff. On my way to talk to you, one of my favorite former students was skateboarding down the street... :) ...oh, yes, I have begun my research. Thanks for listening. Re-reading what I just shared helped all the more because I shared with you my truth and sharing it with you makes things less scary. Sharing with you helps me to laugh and feel joyful. I enjoy cracking myself up with my observations and thoughts...and He often cracks me up to no end; however, I love how you make me laugh. I don't know if you know this, but you make me laugh often throughout my day...as I encounter experiences which bring anew memories of all we have shared with each other. Those moments so viscerally connected to you are my favorite part of my day. I'm off for 316 activities but I the library is open until 8 and I'll have a few things to do there later and I want to watch 35:31 again. I haven't in a bit and I want to spend time with you. Yesterday I saw in my heart and mind several clips from it so I believe I am ready to see it again. Thinking of you sharing your songs with me, I read NIV's Psalm 35 and then 31 yesterday. I was initially willing to Full Moon last night, but chose instead to voice my real heart's desire to hang at 316. I enjoyed a few sips of my yummy beer, but 3 panties had been enough for me. Q killed it doctoring a DiGiorno and we talked football, politics, social issues, and spirituality...then laughed at SuperTroopers :) This morning I listened to those little buggers just to hear what they were saying about me. Listening allowed me to feel the pain of a few when it rains it pours experiences which then moved into gratefulness for His love, guidance, protection, mercy, and grace. Needless to say I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and fragile. However, facing them head on allowed me to identify my fears of my new levels at which I feel I am at and decide a gameplan for my day to do rock and roll on things those dasterdly fellows would prefer I procrastinate. Then I could have more stress and fear...aha!...Gotcha you little buggers! You are no match for Dancing Norwegian Girl and her wise and kind friend and angel...The Prince of Detroit aka The Mayor of Awesomeville! Take that and be off with you!
