Hey Bobbie Jean, you have a good one, too. Just got back from the UP--grass is still soft, some of the leaves turning..beautiful canoe ride on the bay..came back a day early because that traffic on I-75 is a killer! Kids start school tomorrow; going to relax at home and enjoy one last day of summer.
PS I agree about the seat belts and helmets! The helmet law was recently repealed here in MI, so you see about 1/2 of riders with helmets, 1/2 without. I asked one of my friends why he doesn't wear a helmet, and he said that if his ticket is up, it's up, regardless of whether he is wearing a helmet or not... I guess that is one way of looking at it.

ps - that means, seat belts and motor cycle helmets, yes helmets. You know when I cross the South Carolina line, all these guys have no helmets. I'm just like, "YOUR NUTS, I MEAN DO YOU REALLY THINK YOUR HEAD IS STRONGER THAN PAVEMENT, I MEAN REALLY?" I understand the free feeling, the wind blowing through your hair. Well, stand in front of a fan then and stay alive cause Families need their Loved ones alive. So... seat belt & HELMETS!!! It's not a guarantee but at least your trying.
