Dark Thirty
There’s a faceless girl
In a nameless City
Ready to take on the world
Oh she’s so damn pretty
Bright eyes and long curls
Never been down and dirty
Aint never seen the things
That happen at dark thirty
The bad bad things that happen
At dark thirty
There’s some kind of people
That change right after dark
Take advantage of a young girl
With a certain kind of spark
Might wind up in the dirt
Down in Central Park
For whatever its worth
Happens at dark thirty
Bad bad things happen
At dark thirty
There’s a faceless kid
In a nameless town
He plans to make it big
He plans to bring it down
Swimming is the best, if you
Swimming is the best, if you can find a spot. Excercises and relaxes you. Doesn't stress joints or worsen existing stuff. Someday, most folks will have lap pools built in, heated pools are great as you age as well.

Empathy here on the exhaustion and fatigue, especially in humid heat. I had the regular type of anemia as a kid, and in addition to supplements, Mom's inheritance of her Mom's cast iron pans helped. The cast iron pan allows iron to be transferred to the food. Use these cherished pans for decades now, and never had a problem since. It really does work, historically I've read they point to the use of cast iron cookery in the migration west for keeping many women and children healthy through the journey.
