I guess I'm a lucky lady by grace, no pms, just don't get in my face. You'll truly see a basket case. But otherwise happy , rose colored glasses wearing, occasional pissed off with attitude swearing. No more maxi pad wearing, cause I had that shit fixed for good without affects, no midol, Tylenol, only mint flavored tic tacs. No 100% cotton with draw strings for comfort and ease and my partner at anytime I can and will please. Go swimming or horse back riding, never putting those white pants back for hiding. Best thing that ever happened in my life, yes I'm always a happy wife. They say
practice makes perfect and the road is winding, and I get to practice all that bumping and grinding. Fill me up please I
say, to anymore babies , I say nay. Oh always time to play. Oh, never PMS, she will never be my guest. Oh how I loved the fixin, so now I can be that naughty little vixen.

I think you should try everything.....ultimately knowledge is power, especially when it's your body. Key is removing stress and pain. Life immediately improves. But sometimes you have to make hard choices and set limits so you get the best out of the good time you get.

I think we should all switch to chinese foods, then... I hear they never go through pms or menopause. I hate pms, like your worst enemy shows up or something. Forget where but one of the ladies below said they mark and try to not talk... me too. I spend my life trying to be a plus towards others with whatever time God gives me... but on occassion it all goes down the dad gum drain during those times. The worst thing nobody even told me I had it, til I was like 30. LOL yep - I really thought I never had it, til somebody said man.... if I didn't know you were pmsing... I was like WHAT I DONT EVER HAVE THAT... LOL.... fun times, funny awakenings... thank God for folks compassion hugh??? Have a beautiful day folks... :)))

It is funny song. But let me tell ya PMS is real. After ragging for a couple of days my hormones get back right. But for about 5-7days outta the month watch your step. The she demon comes out to play. Many times i catch myself and watch the calender and just keep my f**king mouth shut as much as possible on those 5 days period! I honestly wish their was some pill i could take the week before my period for the zero to 60 bitch that comes out and stop her from coming out.

BTW guys biologically are not immune. 2-3 days out of the month your testosterone is raging high. Pay attention men . Is there a few days outta the month you got a worse temper and wanna fight? I bet there is you just aren't aware of. Me personally i would pick up on it if i was around you within a month or two too!

Shirlee - so right, my Mom has been saying that for years and recently they came out with some info saying... guess what - yep - men do have "over the top emotional moments, due to flux in hormones, monthly intervals." However, I have to say I do feel for men... cause I know I go overboard during those times, usually tears though, not punches.
Raprite, just food for thought if last time was spring, then seems not monthly. Maybe by some tiny, winsy bit of a chance, she had something thrown her way that hurt her heart. Maybe not by you, maybe by somebody else and you just happen to be there to catch it. Just saying that if not every month, maybe justified REaction she was having, ya never go. :)
