Kid Rock & Jim Beam - Saluting The Troops This Fourth of July

My life has been in a box for almost 3yrs. now. I've moved back home ater 2 1/2 yrs. and haven't unpacked anything much and my computer is in a box so I'm at the damn library and can't even here the interviews....This sucks....I'm starting to feel like a junkie for Kid Rock. I'm getting a dose right now, but it's not enough. I'm what you call SHOOK FOR LIFE!

I Pray for Our Troops, too----for the Ones who will come Home wounded and maimed---and for those who will never come Home at all. I Pray for those Families and Friends, May They know Peace. I come from a Military Family----You just can't image what Hell Our Troops go thru. My Grandpa had pictures from World War 2 when He was in Germany. 20 years ago, after He died---I saw them. War is a form of hell. God Bless Our Troops. I can't say that enough.

I think & pray for you, my brothers & sisters living throughout our world, standing tall, courageous, noble, & brave, in service to us & defending that which our Forefathers risked. When in the course of human events, our unalienable rights of Life, Liberty, & the Pursuit of Happiness are threatened by the innumerable injuries & abuses of the human spirit trapped in the absolute tyranny of fear & pain of our souls, I humbly submit facts “to a candid world.” The tyranny of meanness emanating from our heart-scarred souls is of “immediate & pressing importance” for it harasses & eats out the substance of all that is “most wholesome & necessary for the public good.” It has constrained, plundered, ravaged, burnt, & “destroyed the lives of our people,” - our Villagers – & has “obstructed the Administration of Justice.” It holds us captive & leads us “to bear Arms against each other,” being executioners of our “friends & Brethren” through untold violence & by our hurtful words which pierce our tender hearts. Each as members of humankind, are “open to all the dangers of invasion from without, & convulsions within.” Our hearts were created & filled by our One Source of Love, yet we’ve “utterly neglected to attend to them.” I appeal to your heart’s generosity of spirit “to disavow these usurpations.” I am humbled & grateful as our troops work in service for our continued protection. I believe we must do our part to open our hearts to others to honor the spirit of our Forefathers of this Great Nation, who, “with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence,” mutually pledged to each other their lives, their fortunes, & their “sacred Honor.” May we be as brave in this Land of the Free. Modifying another’s wise words… it looks good, so let’s see our Flag flying high. It sounds good, so let’s hear your voice ring out as you sing our National Anthem. And it is real, so thank each past, present, & future member of our Armed Forces for your freedom. God Bless America!!!
