    Kid Friggin’ Rock

It seems like the entire weekend was building up to this moment. Kid Rock is the undisputed king of BamaJam. He may not be a native son of Alabama but his Detroit heart-and-soul music just seems bred for Southern Rock. He certainly dressed the part, decked out in a custom Crimson Tide football jersey emblazoned on the back with the name ‘Bob,’ aviator sunglasses and white fedora. He was the definition of country cool and the crowd quickly forgot about their lawn chairs to get up and shake what their mamma gave them.

Hmm... what is it about Bob and the band that we will just get in a vehicle, and drive just about anywhere to see a show..lol Dedication? Loyalty? Truth? - or just Believing? Besides, what other band out there 'these days' gives us the greatest music, performance, and a beat to stomp our feet? Ain't nobody out there that can top 'em in my book. Forever love the Kid Rock !!! Oh and Krause Rules ; )

Nice review!! This part of the review made me laugh. (After hearing the mellower Kid Rock, I wondered if his rock hard persona would be taking a back seat as I imagined him coming out in a cardigan to sit wistfully on a stool for the entire evening.) lol ahh...I don't think so! I agree with Diana, we need a MI date:)

So after two of the greatest shows Malibu and Bamajaam I want to say thanks. Not only did I fly from Sarasota cross country for the show in Malibu. A show which a relative thought I was going to see Chris Rock A whole story that can be discussed over a beer. Then getting to go to Alabama via plane and renting a RV for the first time. Watching the show and seeing Kid Rock brought Michigan a little closer to me. Great meet and greet Missing the great state of Michigan and sometimes forgotten UP

WAY TO ROCK IT, KID!!! “It seems like the entire weekend was building up to this moment. Kid Rock is the undisputed king of BamaJam.” Why, yes, of course, you are the Prince of Detroit, too, so there is no question in my mind you were the highlight. “He was the definition of country cool and the crowd quickly forgot about their lawn chairs to get up and shake what their mamma gave them…I don’t know what it is about Kid Rock’s mystique, but he seems to turn every good country girl into a stripper.” A man definitely wrote this, because any woman, even a good girl not prone to displaying her passion for you to others, understands how you and your artistry touch her soul and what it does to her body. The feelings are inescapable and we don’t want to escape them anyway. We want to participate, let it all out, experience being truly free. I hope all the men enjoyed what you did to help them, Mr. Ritchie. That’s a pretty nice gift you gave them. You are so sweet to start with “Welcome 2 the Party”, inviting all to join you and reminding me of my first and only love. What is “Feels Good to Me”? Is this a misnomer to “Rock Bottom Blues”? Or is this one I have yet to hear and enjoy? Unfortunately, I haven’t yet heard “Forever,” “What I Learned Out on the Road,” “New Orleans (never have been but desperately want to go), “I’m Fucking 40” (but I love that you are), and “Wasting Time” but I thoroughly look forward to my joy in store when I hear them. I’ll first check your lyrics and then try to search for streaming or videos so I can. I love to hear your music. Thanks for sharing “All Summer Long,” “Cowboy,” “God Bless Saturday,” “Picture,” and ending with “Bawitdaba.” I feel so good knowing your artistry you shared with those who came to see you. “Kid Rock lived up to his namesake by rocking the crap out of BamaJam and showing this country audience that rock will never play second fiddle… I can’t think of a better way to close out a great festival weekend.” DAMN STRAIGHT!!!
