    This was taken at a military base (I believe in Italy?) a few years ago on a "tour for the troops" concert. I ran across it this morning looking thru pics for the video screens on tour. It really touched me and made me stop and count my blessings and think once again about not only our troops, but also there families, and what they endure and sacrifice. Thankyou to all our military families and soldiers. God Bless. Kid Rock

Thank you for supporting the troops. They are my heroes. Last fall, I was driving east on US2 toward Manistique, MI (UP) when I saw ppl along the highway seated in lawnchairs with flags in their hands--all along the 45 minute stretch of road. I got to Manistique and discovered a Company of soldiers were arriving home on 2 buses and would be driving down US2 and thru Manistique b/c one of the soldeiers was from there (the dropoff location was further east.) The whole town was out waving flags and waiting for the busses arrival. What a sight it was when they came through. We were all cheering, saluting, and waving. The bus windows were shaded, so you could only see the silhouettes of the soliders looking through. It touched my heart. When you see one of our soldiers, don't be afraid to tell them thank you for serving our country. Pick up their tab in the restaurant. Clap when they board your plane. FREEDOM ISN"T FREE.

Thanks for a great performance! I hope some time you could drive to Mackinaw City and stop at the Pizza Palace for a beer and a pizza on Marie. Hope you enjoy that beautiful new car! I think it is awesome that yiu gave to the local charities. Come to Northern michigan and visit us. We will be looking for you at Boyne Mountain again. Fabulous concert! Happy Birthday!

Thank You for posting the picture of my boys! This picture was taken in Ramstein Germany Dec 2009. I was first introduced to you by my oldest child, Angelita back in 1999, She said "Mom, listen to this guy, you'll like him.....he's from your hometown." She was right...I do like you and what you and the TBT stand for. In turn my 4 children support you as well! I appreciate you for all of your hard work and dedication and as my boys signs read we thank you and the TBT for supporting our hero (Dad). While on the cruise I had the priviledge of getting to actually talk to you for a few short minutes but that was all the time I needed to be able to let you know just how much you are appreciated for everything you do for our troops and the other acts of kindness that you try to keep out of the press but for some reason I always find a way to find out about them. I had told my daughter on our flight to florida that I just wanted to be able to meet you and actually let you know how I felt and that was the highlight of my trip.. I just feel that sometimes you get a bad rap and some people really dont know all the good you do. You are truly an amazing person with a heart of gold. See you in Bossier and on the cruise... Thanks for sharing the picture with everyone...

i just wanted to say that i appreicate what you do for our solders, as a former marine this goes a long way. keep up the good work!! and by the way i seen you out and about on the internet after a night at the clubs and was wondering how in the hell you keep your cool around those damn pesty paperzzi's (hell i can't spell that damn word but you know what i mean) i guess i am lucky that i never made it as a country singer because tmz or who ever would have a video of me knocking the shit out of one of them at least once a week, hee hee.... holler at me later, craig

The troops and their families make me so proud and you make me proud for supporting them!!! I have loved you and your music and heart for a lot of years. Your music and wonderful spirit keep me coming back for more. I have a room in my house decorated with Kid Rock stuff. You make me sing and dance every day and I love you for that. I have a very stressful job and you help ease the stress.

God bless the troops and God bless you for supporting them! I have a cousin in The Stan right now and have been following his adventures through FB. The sacrifices made there for our freedom make us one of the luckiest countries out there. I wish I could make the show this weekend (Grandma's turning 92 though), but I'll see you in L-ville soon enough. Look for the girl in the custom Wings jersey on the floor! Please make a DVD of "Forty Field." You could even donate the proceeds to an Armed Forces Not For Profit or F___ Cancer or even both. You could honor LIFE and FREEDOM while doing something awesome for your fans that love you!
