    Never got membership renewal e-mail. Tried to renew the way everyone was saying. No orange box. tried the other way. of course won't let me because my name and stuff is the same and tells me someone already has it. No kidding that would be me.Mine is up on the 6th. GGGRRRRRR!!!!!!

Blue: it was so nice of you to take the time and help. I know my friend in Raleigh joined the fan club more than a year ago and never received her shirts. I'll forward this info to her.

Fingers crossed for you, but, it is a scary place in that Artist Arena. So many send email after email, and even get responses that it was received and corrected, only to find out, like you, that it really wasn't.
Glad it helped. And I sure hope it improves when the fan club is revamped for the next release.

once again BLUE, THANKS, i called and of course they had the wrong shirt listed, thibk i got it straightened out now, i hope,lol

thanks so much BLUE for putting all the info out here since so many people are having problems, i received an email back stating they fixed my shirt issue but i'm gonna give them a call just to be sure! THANKS SO MUCH!!

Doubtful there will be many revamps with the new CD and site coming up. Fall release?

When you call, this is the tree to follow off the menu to talk to a human being:

Select menu 1
Select menu 1
Select menu 8 (REAL PERSON!!!!)

Spoke with female "Sean/Shawn" who is in charge of all functions...tickets, presales, renewals, Tshirts, Tshirt sizes, etc., for KidRock.com. She answers all emails sent to memberships@thekrc.com. She is adamant that all should receive renewal requests since it is system generated but noted that you need to check your spam/white pages to make sure you see it.

Another email address given was help@artistarena.com

Asked her to come here and read the Community forum, especially the Feedback and Suggestions, to see the number and types of problems that are occurring for our membership, in hopes that some changes can be made.

She was helpful, so good luck........

http://artistarena.com/fanclub-support brings you to an email form to fill out.

If you choose to use this approach, great, but please come back here and complain at kidrock.com too so that Bob and his management can track problems with Artist Arena. If you go straight to them, management here will have no way of tracking the number of errors.

When it was time for me to renew (5/31/12) I had a an e-mail (in the e-mail that I use for this site :-) with my user name and password and a link that I could just click on to renew----
No one else got that e-mail when it was time to renew? This year was BY FAR the easiest year EVER for me to renew----I usually have big problems renewing-----but this year was a breeze :-)

Good news, so glad for you..... You are right, this should be so much easier. Hopefully, when the new CD is released and the fan section is upgraded and changed with it, they can resolve some of this stuff.

I emailed artistarena and they straightened out the shirt issue right away, this has been a nightmare!

Chop, had the same problem with the shirt, try going to artistarena.com and they have a place where you can contact them about this, hope it helps.

took days to get renewel, wasnt asked about shirt color or size either, does anyone know who to contact about this stuff??

Think the problem may be the operating system you use to access kidrock.com. If the one you use now doesn't show the orange box, try with another browser like Firefox or Google Chrome. Also, did you first sign off KidRock.com? I don't know why, but, for me, I had to do that first. God knows why it needs to be so complicated, should be easier.
Lots of folks accidentally miss the renewal email with the link, and have to come here and figure it out.

Chop, where is Val's method? Link? If she's got something easier, I want to try it. Thanks and good luck.

I received my email renewal 1 day prior to it expiring, glad you got it figured out anyway :)

Finally got Vals way to work. but did not get to pick shirt size. WTF!!!!!!!It will be interesting to see what size I get.

I never got an email either but one day after it expired, the site asked me if I wanted to do a "membership renewal" which I obviously did.
