    Ty Stone and his band The Truth will be opening for Kid Rock on the first leg of the upcoming 2011 'Born Free' tour! Also performing on the tour as a special guest, will be country music sensation, Jamey Johnson!

Jamie and KR are touring together but I never saw anything about him being at the Birthday bash in Detroit...lol Anyone who didnt get there moneys worth last night shouldnt be going to concerts....lol

AWOL Call him no show Jones. Opening act for Kid Rock's 40th birthday bash at Forty Field promoted and pimped via JameyJohnson.com and everywhere you looked on the web and Jamey is AWOL. I dropped $320.00 thinking I will be seeing 2 great headliners, and we got Ty (Who?) Stone? Feel free to mail me a check for my $$$ back or 2 tickets to the show you'll be putting on as a make up show to all the fans you pimped and let down. Might not be that much $$$ to you, but that's a lot of hard earned $$$ for me, and I don't take kindly to being robbed and frankly, I feel like I was robbed by Jamey Johnson last night. WTF???

Yeah they were for the birthday bash this Saturday. I bought them in November. They sent an email guaranteeing that I would receive them before the event. When I called them on Tuesday to see where my tickets were they said they had double sold the seats and couldn't find anymore. I was floored. They only said sorry and refunded my money. Total Bullshit!

Happy Birthday Bobby!! so bummed gonna miss your bday party. have seen u in concert at least once a year when living in michigan. and twice since moving to tn., plus it is almost my bday so that would of been a good bday present for me. wish i was turning 40....i loved the rockin' granny that is me in a few short years...i'm sure this concert will be as good as the one at joe lewis arena one new years eve...u rocked the roof off. some of ur fans r bitchin' so don't forget your roots. i myself am like u and like all kinds of music. the country music now is like the rock of the 70's. to your fans.....kid will rock the place, take my word for it....

DISAPPOINTED FAN. I bought tickets through the Ford Field website for the big birthday bash this Saturday on November 26. I paid an inflated price of $435 for 3 tickets and now they tell me they double sold our seats and I have no tickets...!!! I have been to 7 Kid Rock concerts over the last 3 years and am so pissed that I can't attend this special event! I tried to get the tickets on Ticketmaster and had 3 seats that day but they took me to a page for a new credit card and wouldn't accept it, so I lost the seats I had there. I just thought you should know that this is happening to your fans.

I saw Ty Stone in downtown Wyandotte, this past summer. No Shit! God Love Kid and giving local bands a chance! He's the greatest MFer I know. I'll be there at 7pm to see all the show. Usually wait til the main band comes on.

You gotta love Ty (he's a Michigan boy from, I believe, Lincoln Park). GO DOWNRIVER!!!! He opened at the Knob for Kid in August. I heard Kid signed Ty after Ty's buddy gave Kid a demo tape. The WRIF plays Ty's Line of Blood pretty often (great song). Check it out...
