My Daughter is stubborn like me, she wants to right her own message....she is a pistol....her point is, even though the kids are grown, do they need help? She is impatient too when it comes to waiting for a logical response to her question. PS was her last day of 1st grade today.....Peace and Love she say is from her.....not mommy

I am at work so this is going to be real quick. Spoke with Toni and she is doing ok. She has alot of long days ahead. Tomorrow the adjusters come in and take everything out of the house piece by piece to see if if is salvageable. God give her strength as my fire was much smaller and I was exhausted. She stated that she is overwhelmed with all the well wishes and concerns for her and the family. She wanted to say hi and Thank you to everyone.

Haven't heard from Toni today-imagine she's so busy and exhausted but keep her in your prayers.
Many of you can use a chuckle and will "get" this. Here's one for you: I spoke with KRCVal this morning and she alluded to klepto me and my free goodies of shampoo and conditioner from the boat. I guess I can cover all of Toni's toiletry needs now. LOL Toni, I hope you read this soon and can laugh at me and remember some of the fun memories we had.

Sad day..sorry Just Because...It may have been said, but what size is Just Because and family? I have been needing to go through my closet and weed out tee shirts i don't wear for a while. Was gonna weed out @ least 20-30 tees i don't wear. I wear 2XL though....probably too big for them right?

Just found out yesterday after talking to Sonya. Been to busy to be on here.Don't know what to say, its horrible. Thoughts and prayers be with you.I took a garbage bag of clothes to Cheryl today to take with her on Friday.If she needs help with anything I'm totally available.

I want to Thank everyone for all the heartfelt things that are happening to help our friend Just Because (Toni). The response is overhelming and it gives me goosebumps to realize that there are so many kind hearts still left on this earth. As Kid stated at a recent event there are news stories 24 hours a day filled with bullshit. But this renews my faith that the world can be a better place. God Bless you all and keep praying for JB.

Hi Everyone. We got the phone call at 5:15 this a.m. that our house was on fire. My daughter called us while we were still up north. She was not at home, or my son. Thank God!

We lost one cat (my son's cat) He is now buried in our back yard. Our golden retrievers were with us.

We will be OK. We do have insurance. We don't know if the structure can be saved. It was built in 1922. A beautiful old home. We lost all the interior contents.

It was a long quiet drive home. My first thought was to text Cheryl to start the prayers. With in 20 mins. I had several texts and calls from my KRC friends asking what was needed and how could they help. Now, I see you have me on the KRLL. I am so grateful to everyone. My dear friends (you know who you are) I love you all. I have only known these friends since last fall and only spoken to many of you on here for the last year or so meeting some of you on the cruise. I am overwhelmed by your care and kindness. 420, we are the most wonderfully dysfunctional family around!

I will try to be on here as soon as we are settled in somewhere. Today, I hope, was the hardest day. Tomorrow should better, God willing. Thank you, thank you all.

Rsms, that's a great idea...so fitting, send her some Kid Rock/MID gear:) sizes? Whenever I've ordered women's shirts they run really small, the men's doesn't seem to be an issue for my husband & I recall her husband was an XL any ideas on sizes for Toni in KID/MID gear? Love to get something off to them soon.

Clothes I know, I'm just kicking myself- -I just donated 2 full boxes of clothes (yes,the sizes they need) and so did both my daughters-- my eldest daughter just moved back till she finds a place of her own so she had to downsize and donate a bunch of clothes and I threatened my other daughter to go through all her clothes and get rid of a bag or 2 or I was going to do it for her, and trust me if I was to do it she'd be getting rid of a lot!! can't afford to go and purchase all new cd's for her but I could burn her some of mine do you know if their cd's were lost in the fire?? I put in a few goodies for the dogs too, poor things, they lost their home too..
