Ouch, JG8NM8!?! I can understand requesting communication...politely...but by 49, the teenage mentality drama of calling out a stand up man like Mr. Ritchie, on his own website, is baaaaaad form. If you listen to his artistry, I'm pretty sure he's already done a lot more for you than you may be willing to acknowledge. Anyway, Kid's at 57.8% -- Keep voting!!! I would have done it earlier today but you know the goings on of a small town - Library internet service down so my grocery store walk to return movies and get my favorite librarian her lunch she requested also involved laughing with the parking lot line painters over people who are not awake and respond 'No Thank You' when reminded of the wet paint; commiserating (and chuckling) with my only fellow bike path walker because of the posted sign "Use At Your Own Risk"; and then the 'traffic jam' because a truck started on fire (probably electrical) - no one was hurt but all the town's emergency vehicles got some action. Lots of 'drama' but the sound of flowing water, the view of the Bitterroots, and the playfulness and singing of all the birds soothed my soul. I'm off to home to work on garage sale stuff - got a bunch done, but a friend is dropping off some donations today. Funny, I've found out randomly from a few different sources (of course) that people look forward to my garage sales. Do you hear Him giggling? I guess I, too, have a small following :) I hope you are having a great day, Mr. Ritchie! Safe travels to Boston and Atlantic City. The river is running strong but not all the flooding I've seen in the past. Your Yeehaw for summer keeps running through my head and I, too, am finally getting excited. Smiles :)

Congrats Kid Rock you won. You got me to do something else for you. Sometimes I feel like a sheep. A 49 year old sheep with the mentality of a teenager. I sure wish you'd do something for me every once in awhile. Like at least write me back.

Let's Go Kid Rock Community!!! It's easy, so vote, vote, vote!!! Kid's in the lead at 54%, so with all his fans, please take the only milliseconds it takes to vote. Mr. Ritchie does so much for us, let's be there for him. There is no doubt Kid pulls off classic country. I'm picky about good country music; I grew up on it and it's in my DNA. Lest you doubt, please re-listen to “Rock Bottom Blues” and “Collide” at the very least. No one I know can even come close to how Kid authentically brings it in country, let alone the multitude of other musical genres. No doubt in my mind about the Crossover Artist (EXTRAORDINAIRE) AND Mr. Ritchie is a good man, through and through. P.S. Don't EVEN get me started on Lionel. Classic, fun 80's tunes I still enjoy and do not begrudge him any continued success, but singing the same songs just with a country singer does not a country song make. OK, I'll stop there, but it pisses me off. I keep an open mind but I couldn't watch the splashy country show. I turned it off. Martina McBride was the only one who salvaged the few moments I wasted watching it.
