    We recently made some upgrades to kidrock.com's back end and have a few important announcements we wanted to inform you guys about.

    1) You need to reset your password if you haven't already.

    If you're having trouble logging in, reset password. You also should have received an email with a link to this page.

    2) Full html in User Profiles as well as Comments on User Profiles has been turned off.

    Currently you cannot write or receive comments on your user profile. Good news though, this part is only temporary! Your profile comments are safe, and we are working to get this functionality back in place, so thank you for your patience!   

    We have turned off the full html function on user profiles due to abuse from spammers and other accounts posting inappropriate photos / videos on their profiles.

    3.) I can't find some of my videos?

    Your videos may still be in the process of being moved to the new site.  We'll have them ready shortly, and they'll have all of their comments too.  You'll be able to access your videos from your profile page.

    4.)  Uploading fan videos

    The site no longer supports uploading video files directly from your computer. You still can post your Kid Rock videos to the Fan Videos section, but you will need to make sure it's hosted on a third party website like YouTube, Vimeo, or TwitVid. Once you've uploaded your video, you can add it to KidRock.com via the Upload Video page. Just paste in the video URL and embed. Then select a title, category and description (optional) and save.

    We want to keep KidRock.com live for a long time and had to make some changes to the site to keep it running smoothly. Feel free to post questions or concerns in the comments below. As always, you can always ask us anything on the Feedback thread in the Forum.

I only bought a membership to get tickets on presale. With the lack of response and multiple complaints on the website, I did not expect to get anymore than that really. KR's way of getting market price for his tickets. Smart, I guess.

I first of all want to thank all of the Rebel Souls out there who were trying to help everyone with the presale and fan club situation. That is what is it about helping each other. The web crew here no longer deals with those types of situations unfortunately so the pleads were not being satisfied. This changed when presales and memberships were handed over to Topspin when The Rebel Soul Tours began. Here is the link for everyone for future reference.

The problem with that site is they don't give one damn about any of the fans; they get paid whether they help or not. They know we can't do anything or go anywhere else without bad mouthing Bobby to the press and we wouldn't do that. I've tried repeatedly trying to get my merchandise that i paid for back in September 2012 and have gotten no where. Bobby told (assumed this meaning) TopSpin that those that members that bought memberships prior to them taking over paid $25 but the new price is $30 so to mark those fans memberships paid in full; mostly because he's (Bobby a fair person with integrity). However topspin converts that 'membership is paid in full' to they don't have to supply us with what we bought. go figure that logic otherthan it's less work that they have to do. The only choice we have is to bitch and complain on the website and hope Bobby or someone he knows will happen to read a post and do something to help us.

I think it is GREAT that Kid Rock is putting this tour on for 20.00 a ticket, but if I'm one of the people that is willing to pay more for a better seat, how do I get 2 tickets from the pool of tickets Kid Rock is keeping from the scalpers? I'm a huge fan! I even flew to Memphis to see his Rebel Soul concert before he scheduled a concert in ABQ. I bought his book and t-shirts. I just want two GREAT seats to his ABQ concert. Please let me know how to get a hold of the GREAT seats! I need to sit close, I'm 52! My eyes are bad!

I just signed up for the fanclub last night. Presale tickets go on sale for Grand Rapids, MI tomorrow morning. Will I be getting a presale code before tomorrow at 10? I know that I want to sign up for the deluxe membership, but I don't know where to go to pay for it. Any help?!

PLESE HELP ME-

Is anyone else having this problem? I just went to check to make sure all is well as I'm set up with twitter for pre-sale and it had been working perfectly for all prior shows, etc.. then I tried it tonight to see and it won't let me log in? Then I tried to see what happened if I clicked on "Buy membership" nothing?
Could some-one try their account to see if it is working for them please and let me know.

My son says it's a hashtag (in script-not mainstream meaning-the one for coding) -like a 404 error -it's maybe the cms is not right at this moment and only the people in charge of that can fix it -we tried all 3 browsers and same thing and it's not the ip address cause he checked that too-this is so upsetting.
Is anyone having this problem or can you log in? Please try and let me know that you can log in or not.

USE IE not firefox. It should work. Mine wouldn't work for shit. I read some chicks post yesterday how she tried IE logging in and bam it worked. I did it and it worked for me.

AJAY-I'm on Google chrome and so I just tried IE and same thing won't let me log in? Same still with Google Chrome today which is really weird as it was working fine until yesterday and yes I'm paid up with membership-any other suggestions? Tomorrow is pre-sale for me in my area.

Hi Webcrew , I'm confused. I got the email for presale but I thought I had already joined rebel soldiers with the last code but when I read the latest email it says you cannot join from an iPad but I did and mine finally went through after some difficulty. So I guess what I'm trying to find out is do I have a membership or not. It stated it was successful and I ordered 4 tickets to Tulsa concert as well so I'm assuming its good , of course until I read the last email. Also my profile pic has disappeared and don't know where to find it. Can't put in a new one because pc down and cant use my work pc in my home office due to tight security and you cant transfer pic from iPad. Could I please get your assistance? Thank you so
much. Y'all have been very helpful in the past.

How to remove my old Comments? I Google My Name First and Last Then Clicked Images at the top of the Page on Google. Then I clicked the Images of Kid Rocks Photo and It showed My name and comment that I made under that photo. How can I remove the old comment from those photos? I just found that yesterday and I changed PW and Users Name. Please let me know Thank you. I think I found it I had to be Logged in too KidRocks Site to Delete the Comments When and I opened another window and I googled name and click my Images and clicked on them it took me to the comments that I made for that Old comments. A few months ago.. Got to have more Coffee...:)

i would just like to keep my passwords and username simple,i have nothin to hide and it sucks having to get out a notebook eveytime i wanna check e mail,e bay fb ect, why cant i have same for them all i should be able to choose my own.just my opinion.

Does anyone know when we are going to be able to get back to where we can post comments I am having DTS from not being able to post and got several friends would love to check on so much nicer to be able to post to thier page...please please let us know how much longer we will have to wait. patiently waiting two months in Texas......I understand its very time consuming to do these kind of things but hope its up and running soon.....MSbehavin if your out there email me here is my email address: donnajack@Lyntegar.com
