MZ Cedar, I really like to use stretch bands to work arms. Much more effective on toning and easy to take with you unlike weights.

UPDATE ** We switched back to sorting the forum posts by last comment time so that everything is more clear. New posts will still appear at the top of the list but if you update an old post and want it to appear at the top of the list, you should also comment on it to let everyone know.

The forum posts are coming back up in the list if a member comments (that's the last reply time you're seeing) and/or if an author updates their topic, which isn't displayed in the list. So it might look like some random topics are makin' a mysterious return but it's really just that the topic has been updated, not commented on.

Hope this helps clear some things up!

I have been packing in my mind for weeks... unless we can come up with something that doesn't require much suitcase space... not sure I want to bother with it....

Val...I am still disgusted by my arms... I probably always will be....I still restrain myself from putting my arms up in the air at concerts...habit...
I have switched to 8 lb dumbells...they are heavy muthers! Been pretty sore..:(

I have come to the conclusion that my wardrobe for the Cruise is gonna be shorts and tanks..and I bought a handful of those flowy chiffon tops to go over my tanks... done
