    Sigh, another presale sold out. Wonder if they get seats back and if you keep refreshing the screen, more seats might come up?

    House of Blues (Landsdowne St 617-960-8358) has been across from Fenway Park since 2009, and is smack near the center of Boston, Kenmore Square. Nice hotels, eateries and transporation, etc. Parking garages are plentiful.

    They told me show started at SEVEN pm, there was reserved seating and general admission stand only and it's a 21 year and over show. Goodie.

    Talked to the box, regular seats go to Ticketmaster 10 am on March 3oth.

Sorry to confuse you, you and I are talking about the same sale.

Two more tips. Keep checking Live Nation site....tickets do come up sporadically, especially if you choose one seat and best option.

Next you need guts, but it works. Every major venue gives out seats. If those seats are not used, they must be returned to the venue's box by 10 am the day of the show. Start calling the box right at 10 am, you may get lucky. Many times, I've gone to the call box at 6pm the night of the show and asked for best seat. With TBT it's always worked, and unbelievably the seat has always been in the first 10 rows!!!

Risky, you must be prepared for disapointment.

I did try to get tickets through Live Nation at 10AM when they went on sale. I was on the phone and online with 2 computers...Sold out immediately.

Is there another Live Nation sale you are referring to that i don't know about?
When you posted your comment it was hours after the tickets went on sale to the general public...so I am a little confused.

Sandra, the regular sale through Live Nation/Ticketron is still coming up, so might still be able to grab seats there. Also stay tuned to WAAF, Boston station which will give away tix.

How many seat are there at HOBlues?
Bummer... I missed the presale (working) and yeah... i was on the phone at 9:59 and on the phone with the house of blues at the same time. Not a chance to get tickets.
I think i'll wait until he show gets closer and see if HOBlues releases any unsold tickets???

The music industry is bullshit. 10 tickets sold on the fan club sale? And zero available on live nation at 10:00:01. Makes sense business wise. Why sell on ticket master or live nation when you can double your profits through scalping. It's not only kid rock, it's every other big name artist. And then you go to the shows and half the seats are unused because the tickets are sitting in some bums hand. TIckets already available on stubhub and every other site.

No problem just like to see real FANS get tickets especially to such a small show! Can't gamble on the chance I will score tics on live nation and don't want to get shut out! Just ashame that venues are allowed to sell a certain number to these agencies! But for only $30 more the kid is more than worth it!

The problem here, DR....is that it's my one every 3rd year whoop. Went to school there, grew up with cousins in South Shore area. I pray I do not have to pay that much.

Though based on the party venue and likelyhood they are to be beyond fabulous......

The scalpers got most of the tix from the presale today...went on sale at noon...sold out at 12:01...really?! Ebay has tix for $495 and a few more scalpers at listing them for $695---fyi!
