    Don't forget Ty will appear tonight at 7 p.m. at the Allen Park Meijers, located on the hill area off the Southfield Freeway and W. Outer Drive (old timers will remember the shopping plaza is located where the old VA Hospital once stood).

Speaking of concerts...anyone planning on going to see REO, Styx, and Nugent on June 28 at the Knob? Tix are still available. It's part of the WCSX 25th anniversary bash. REO and Styx said in a recent interview that they have never appeared with Nugent in Michigan. I couldn't believe it but they said it so it must be true. They have appeared elsewhere together but not here. I bet that'll be an amazing night.

I'd like to go to that, but being on a weeknight stinks...I'm already getting a sitter staying with the kids that Thursday night for his show at the Machine Shop. Are you going to the release party rsms?

I forgot to mention last night that Ty will have a cd release show at the Fillmore on March 20. Tickets are $10 prior to event, and I believe $12.50 at the door. Info can be found on Ty's website.

We'll get to see Ty in Jersey in about 10 days from now.. Looking forward to seeing the eastcoast friends who will be there.. and 'of course' Ty and Kracker.

I'm truly hoping he'll have some cd's available for sale at a merchandise stand... I'd rather have the cd then digital download.

I went with my girls and ran into Lila-the lady who was in the Care video. We were pulling into our parking spot and a lady was getting out of her car. I immediately recognized her and rolled down my window and asked, "Lila?" She couldn't believe I knew who she was.
Anyway, Ty came out and did three songs, "Anywhere's Better","Downriver" (crowd favorite since we were definitely a Downriver crowd), and "American Style." He then signed the cds for everyone. He said he saw many friends from Lincoln Park High School in the crowd. I would estimate there were more than 100 people there. I will post pictures in a bit.
I met some fellow cruisers, too.

I saw they put Ty in the weekly ad in my local Meijer this week. CD is on sale for $9.99 - I'm going to pick it up tonight on my way home from work.
