All I have to say is that Kid Rock has more talent in his pinky than most artists have in their entire bodies. He is a talented singer/songwriter/musician and NO ONE can honestly say that he isn't. KR haters, get the hell off of his website. He is all about the music, Michigan, Detroit and America. "Red, white and blue down to my soul and if you don't like that you can take your punk ass home........"one of my favorite Kid Rock lines.

In this day and age it is assumed that you are supporting someone when you perform for them and they are using one of your songs in their campaign. You don't have to actually 'say' anything, but the media and the public will take it to be a fact. And, there is a big difference between performing for a candidate and performing for a president. When it is a candidate, it is because they want your name associated with their campaign and it tends to state that you are supporting the person. It is considered to be an honor to be asked to perform for the President of the United States. In doing so you are, in turn, honoring the office. You might not support the person who is in that office at that time, no matter who he or she might be. Just my 2 cents worth, which is worth much less!

With all due respect, Kid Rock has not endorsed anyone. He performed yes, but endorsed NO! Kid Rock performed because Mitt Romney asked him to and because he (Kid Rock) is a nice guy, just the same as Johnny Cash entertained just about every President we've ever had since Nixon, that doesn't mean he endorsed them. They're true blooded Americans who love this country and just want to do some good. That is in no way, shape or form an "endorsement." Until you have a video of Kid Rock himself saying he's endorsing Romney - It's just another rumor! Kid Rock quotes:

Hey DALE3, the unions worked with management and gave up alot. Jobs that once paid $28/hr now pay $14/hr, not to mention benefits. Oh, I beleive the UAW now handles their own retirement plans. The Unions did their part to save jobs, and the Auto Companies are doing very well now and bringing jobs back to Michigan and the USA. The unions didnt get in the way of private equity. Instead of spouting off a baseless remark, explian how the Unions blocked private equity from putting money into Chrysler Bankrupcy. I could really care less about any opinions about my post. I stated my opinion about "the Kid" supporting a guy who does make money sometimes breaking up companies and selling them off. Did Mitt say let GoldmanSachs or any of the banks go bankrupt? Kid Rock is entitled to his own opinion, and I stated mine. Live with it.

Wow amazing how quickly everyone forgets all that Kid Rock has done for Detroit. Not Obama and certainly not Congress. Apparantly you forget how our automotive industry was treated by both the President and The Congress. Lecturing Detroit and telling them how they should do business. Yet when it comes to a bank bailout no problem. Get over it. Congress both democrat and Republican is a joke they have done absolutely nothing for Detroit except to destroy it. How many unemployed, homeless and foreclosures do we have? Not to mention the rising cost of gas. Last time I checked Kid Rock was Born Free and has the right to support whichever candidate he chooses just as you have that same right. None of us are judging you so please do not judge a man who has done more for Detroit than anyone in recent years.

I am a huge fan of Kid Rock! I love his music and I love how he supports our troops and I love all the fantastic things he does for Detroit! That being said, I am both shocked and saddened that he would endorse Romney, who clearly has no interest or concern for all the things Kid seems to hold so dear. It just doesn't make any sense to me. Disappointed and hoping he has a change of heart.
