Summer event season is in full swing in the Quad City area. And as the events go on, so does severe weather.
Event organizers must plan for any possible weather conditions. Burlington Steamboat Days President and Des Moines County Sheriff, Mike Johnson, said organizers run through exercises with emergency management crews.
"We think of all possible scenarios that could happen at Steamboat Days," he said.

I don't think Kid needs to change his hair or his look at this point maybe in the future if he's holding on to the last 5 hairs on head, then it would time to let it go & cut it short...his hats & Aviator shades are timeless classics.
