My husband wants to make another pot of that soup. I told him maybe next week. The results sure were impressive but I'm not sure it will work as well next time???
Still my biggest struggle is cutting back on the wine. Not that I drink every day but I do enjoy it,
especially on the weekends.
I'm proud of us, all of us, for doing something, anything and for getting back on that wagon (MsB ;)) again and again and probably again LOL

Josie, how do you like P90X? I did it a couple of years ago while taking a break from my trainer. I liked it, but no matter how fit I got, I couldn't do a pull up to save my life...I gave up on trying...I really like the Core workout. That was the first time I ever tried yoga, that was a butt kicker as well. I also liked the plyo workout. They are tough, keep at it and you will be rockin it on the boat!
I am with you!!!! Started P90X a couple weeks back and combining in with running too! Tight A$$, flat abs (well at least until the serious drinking begins on the cruise!) ;)

well got to admit I did not use the gym facility in our 1 night Vegas hotel stay, but I did however take the stairs every time instead of the esculaters(sp)(only because I have a death fear of them) but still I took the stairs..A LOT, and walked A LOT..I ordered grilled fish at dinner with steamed vegies, had sexercise a couple times and did a good 3+ hours of dancercise at Tao, does all the drinking still count?

Been 2 days...lost 6 lbs. I'm sure it's all water weight but I don't care. Feels good to see the scale move down. I've been stuck at a plateau for so long. Yay, for cabbage!

I made mine with chicken! But, yeah, I was getting a little grouchy by day two when I did it. Haven't done it since, but it's a great way to cleanse your system...
I did a leg, plyo, & ab workout today with 35 minutes of cardio...Movin' pretty slow right now. Really had nothing better to do today, had to stay home and babysit my dog Ozzie who had some surgery yesterday...Glad to say he's doing great...
At first I thought I could do it for a week. This is day 2 and I'm thinking 3 days may be all I can handle. It's not bad, there's just only so much cabbage I can take. LOL

Does cabbage soup count (with a tiny bit of corned beef in it)? The coney island by my house has a fantastic soup that I could buy by the pint. At this point, what have I got to lose? pun totally intended.
Great idea for the cabbage soup JB! I did that a few years ago. How many days are you gonna do it for? I did it for 3 days. I ate as much as I wanted anytime I wanted. It worked great! Let us know how you do!

Started the cabbage soup diet today! Honestly, my house smells fricken delicious. Trying this to jump start my weight loss. I'll let you all know how it goes. Note to self: pick up Beeno!

And I meant to say lunges, not squats, in one of my other posts. Squats gave me a hernia in my c-section spot before, so No to them :) Yes to the others!

RSMS, and the maddening thing is that the guys get results much quicker than we do! I think it has to do with testosterone (damn them)
