So sorry to hear about the loss of your husband...very bittersweet at this time of year when we have loved ones that are no longer with us--but you are right, they are with God, and their angels truly are with us. I lost my Dad 10 years ago on 12/23 (cancer)--still feels like yesterday. We cry because these people are irreplaceable in our lives, but I feel that when we finally get to heaven, it will be so wonderful that we will wonder why we ever cried :)

I've found that one of the best motivators of getting in shape is support from others. If we hold each other accountable, it's easier to get the workouts done. Maybe someone can start a Cruise workout thread...
cheryl- you paid off the cruise AND lost 5 lbs..WOW..Do you have your x-mas shopping done and presents wrapped? if you do please don't tell us (lol) but seriously, thats great news-congrats!!

Val: I got the gym put together. I went to try it out for the first time and ripped out a bunch of my hair in back. It hurt like hell and my husband was rolling on the floor laughing.
