I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who is looking for donations to raffle off to raise money for a child with Brain Cancer. I was recently at a fundraiser (for Lisa McMaster) where you had autographed a T-Shirt to be raffled and it was one of the most sought after items. Anything you can offer would be great. I suggest that Kid Rock comes to our school's summer camp for about an hour in Macomb County to talk to our handful of blind and visually impaired students from Romeo, Utica, Warren, etc :) Our camp's theme is The Entertainment Industry and there would be no one better than Kid Rock to inspire our students! Music is a huge part of many blind kids' lives. We love you!

I heard your song "Bawitdaba" being played at an usual place. It was played at The Villages, FL - Lake Sumter Landing Town Square. The Villages is a very large retirement community in central Florida. There are 2 town squares each with a gazebo for a band to play every evening. When the band takes a break, they play recorded music so the seniors can keep on dancing and partying. My parents are snowbirds. They live 6 months in Clinton Township, MI and 6 months in The Villages. I drive down to The Villages for a winter vacation. In the past 10 years of coming down here and checking out the local entertainment at the town squares, this was the first time I heard a Kid Rock song being played.

I think kid rock should write a song about bullying and take that charter on. He writes great meaningful songs and my husband loves his music and says he is very influental. I hope his song could let everyone who listens know that it is the bully who is weak. If they were really tough they would not pick on the weaker ones. If they were smart they would not pick on the smart ones. Someone famous has to get involved to help. I hope you can. God bless you too!
Hey kid my dad used to be a popular hockey player up I'm michigan. He played for the K wings and the flint generals. All Summer Long mentions the sandbar and when my dad hears that song the inner child in him comes out in full form. That son reminds him of the summers in Tawas bay. He has a pic of your new home on the lake from when he was at his Lake Fenton high school reunion. After a harsh reception from Kid Rock's "entourage" @ Andiamo's Warren a few months ago, I'm gonna give them a chance to redeem themselves by sending a request to Kid himself for help. I hear all the time about Kid Rock's renowned assistance in saving Detroit's worthy struggling programs and couldn't think of a better recipient that the Michigan Adventure Pass (MAP) Program through local libraries. As a mother of 4 medically challenged kids on a very fixed income, The MAP offers free admission to numerous museums that would financially be out of reach for me to take my kids to all library card holders. Not only does this educate my kids but it provides a much needed down time for me & my family when we aren't at the hospital or in a doctor's office so imagine my sadness to find out that this is the last year it will be offered. After hearing what you're doing for the DSO (wish I could've afforded tickets for the family), I'm hoping Kid Rock's heart still has some room in it to show some love to this worthy program.

I just received my "Born Free" CD via Amazon.com, where it claims that the song "Care" includes vocals by Martina McBride. Unfortunately the version of the album they shipped features Mary J. Blige instead. Is there any way to obtain the correct version of the CD, or otherwise download the version of this track with Martina?
