Is there going to be pre-sale tickets for Kid Rock & DSO show??? Hoping to hear soon!
Everyone is wondering about pre-sale tickets for the DSO show.....please advise ASAP! Thanks!
Supporting the man that verbally stated to let Detroit go bankrupt? How much more non American can one get? I guess money is indeed the root of all evil. I personally won't ever make any future purchases of your merchandise or concert tix. You seriously sold out.
Welcome to H-Town Kid and the TBTB!! I am sure that ya all will WOW them at tonights concert. Perhaps after you are done in OK we can listen to some music in the key of Z (sec 113,ff) break break, spill some wine & chat. Ive got nothing but time; and since time is an illusion , that leaves energy & wine :)
It seems to me that most people live their lives in two realms, yesterday and someday...heaven happens when you combine the 2days.
peace & heaven

My sister and I are attending the DSO show and would like to buy our tickets at the pre-sale so we get great seats. This will be our 8th KR show and cannot wait!!! Can you tell me where to find the pre-sale password? I am so afraid tickets will sell out and I could not stand the thought of missing this show. Please help!!!
I'd love to see a bigger selection of shirts & tanks, particularly for the ladies - sized for triple D's and a waist. I imagine that's a concept Kid Rock could "get behind" and it's a poorly served but high profit demographic!
Some Central Florida tour dates would also be nice. We're jonesin' down here!

I applaude Kid Rock for being a grown man who doesn't let the industry tell him what he should think or believe. I don't think he has actually declared his support of Mitt Romney but simply agreed to play some good music for some of his fellow Michiganders who love this country enough to get involved in the political process. He may or may not ultimately decide to support Romney and it shouldn't really matter either way. It's really sad when people act like two year olds and throw a temper tantrum just because someone that they are supposed to like and admire dares to have a differing opinion. Grow up people! Kid Rock, rock on!
Why? Why Mitt Romney? Mitt Romney is the one backing Wall Street, who also happens to be raising our gas prices 22%. Mitt Romney doe not care about the people, they care about only the very wealthy. If Mitt Romney wins office, good luck finding people who will be able to afford any of your music or attend any of your concerts. He might be from Michigan, but he was too good to attend UM, or even MSU. Once he left the state, he never looked back, even becoming governer of another state entirely. Now that the Presidency is on the line, now he wants to claim Michigan now that he needs it. Where was he when the shops were being closed or when he said let the car companies go bankrupt? I consider that stabbing Michigan people in the back and cannot understand how you can support such a hypocrite. I just ask you look deeper the next time in throwing support behind a candidate. Still love the music, but not the candidate you back. Next time you talk to Mitt, ask him why he supported closing down the shops and letting car companies go bankrupt. GO BLUE!
Is there going to be presale for the DSO show?
WTF is this about MAde in Detroit t-shirts being made outside of the USA?
Yo Kid,
As a local, homegrown Detroiter it would be nice to see things, places and people drastically improve around her. How about starting a subgroup of your foundation that consists of all volunteers? While you have been more than generous and giving back to the community in the form of greenbacks, sometimes people need to "learn how to fish". Maybe an army of volunteers could do more good by donating their time to help our different communities with a variety of activities. With your influence I am sure this group would contain peeps with many different backgrounds and skills and I am sure the people who need help could be tutored on how to fish. The group would/ could help keep areas cleaned up that need it, help the less fortunate with basic maintanance. This of course would include other groups and organizations. Possibilites are unless. I would even venture to say that people would pay to be a volunteer.
Money doesn't usually solve problems or create happiness but improving the quality of life for those how don't know how to do it themselves just might. Something to ponder.
Just rejoined THEKRC. Does anybody know how I get in on the presale for the DSO concert?
I would just like to say that it doesn't matter what candidate you support. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so you shouldn't be crucified for saying who you support. Republican or Democrat, we are all Americans. Kid Rock, you are the ultimate American for all the things you do for people. Love You Babe, Always!!! Fuck those people for wanting to give you shit for your political choice.
I absolutely love Kid Rock and his music. I also believe everyone can choose who they want to be president. I thought Kid Rock stood for the poor and middle class. Very disappointed in him. Kinda burst my bubble. Just say in.
So piss#d the other night. Came out of a bar and all my Kid Rock CD's were stolen out of my console. Kid, your music is everything to me. I WILL buy them all again!!!! Thank you!
Scumerican, one would think that even an 18 year old, first-time voter, would realize that you don't check all the Democrat boxes just to be a blind party follower; the most dangerous and ignorant type of voter there is, no question. Talk about STUPID!!
I would like to think that by the time a man reaches the age of 40+ that he has the wisdom and knowledge to support the best political candidate for the country. The fact the Kid Rock was a Bush supporter, and still supports the republican party tells me that he.. well let's face it. He's stupid.
Maybe you should change your name to Boy Don't Know Shit, Rock.
As a long time fan I must comment that I am disappointed in your support of Romney, I know it's your right but as I perceived you as the friend of the working man it is a shock actually. Still a fan of your great music
Any possibility that a couple of the $1500 DSO After Party tickets will be raffled off to a couple lucky Fan Club Members? I plan on going to this event to support both the DSO and Kid Rock, and would love the opportunity to win a set of these tickets. We always do the VIP tickets for the shows here in Detroit, but the $1500 tickets are a little out of our league. Hopefully we'll get lucky enough to even buy some seats when they go on sale. Will the Congregation have an opportunity buy any before they go on sale to the public Saturday?
I know this is off subject but I have to say it...I used to have a lot of respect for you Kid Rock, I looked to you as a respectable veteran in the music industry...Why in the world would you do a show supporting Romney?? He isn't the guy we need as President, he is all for the rich and isn't for the middle class or the poor...I thought you would be smart enough to recognize that Obama or Ron Paul would be the best candidate for our country...Please remember that all money isn't good money! I don't know how much you got paid to do a show for Romney and I really don't care, just remember that people look up to you...Also remember that your a global icon for a reason, please stay humble and don't sell out for a couple of thousands of dollars...It's not worth it
Gob Bless
Kid,
I saw your press release on the Paperless ticket concert in Detroit. I have the perfect solution to allow Artist to take back control of their ticket sales and stop the secondary market from raping the fans. It a new App just introduced in January 2012 called ePass. It is essentially a digital ticket platform that uses a changing barcode technology to provide a secure ticket with a scan able barcode for any kind of ticketed event.
I would like to work you and other artist to use this smartphone based App a standard in the music industry for both concerts and securing your music downloads.
The App also had the ability to keep up with your fans that attend concerts and allows you to communicate with them on things like a new album release.
I would be pleased to share more information about the technology and how you can put it to use.
Please call, text or call.

I just wanted to say I love Kid Rocks music not so much the heavy stuff but the newer stuff I can't get enough of him, Will he do a UK tour if he does I will have to have tickets no matter what
Love the music keep rocking kid your growing in the UK too
Mitt Romney was born with a silver spoon, went to affluent prep schools, isn't concerned about 'poor people' and 'likes to fire people'.
If Romney had his way Detroit would be bankrupt and belong to the corporate raiders of Bain.
At least Obama and Bush had it right by digging in and helping the people of Michigan.
Yeah, Rock On, President Obama!!!!!
I will no longer support Kid Romney. He should have done his research. Kid Romney (formerly known as Kid Rock) is supose to be a symbol of freedom in America..Did you know that Romney IS essentially OBAMA? They are both supported by the same: Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Bank of America, to name a few. Did you know that Romney supports the NDAA act and has admitted this at the presidential debate? I hope that you are happy with the money Romney gave you (oh yeah, and the promise to restore Michigan...ha ha), but where will your fans be when they are all detained by the NDAA or children groped by the TSA or spied on by The Patriot Act. You sir are now amongst the scumbags...you may have sold out in concerts, but you definitely sold your soul to the Devil....
Cool more tickets for us real fans!!
You guys are slow:
"[Mitt] and anyone else who wants to use my song do not need my permission. I said he could use it and I would say the same for any other candidate. I have to have a little faith that every candidate feels like he or she can help this country. Without faith, we got nothing. I make music to have it be heard. Merry Christmas folks! Rock on."
-Kid Rock
Buh-bye haters.
Did you actually read Mitt's NY Times article, he didn't support the loans (not a bailout) he supported a managed bankruptcy, which is what happened anyway with GM and Chrysler. Ford took no loans. Cracks me up when people get all up in arms when a Republican artist supports a Republican, but have no qualms when Liberal artists support Liberals.
