There's no reason to work for the man in this wonderful country of ours. Just met with my husbands , now my business partner to go over the details of the new company . He and my spouse ave been working on patents for sometime and he's has quite a few and other ventures and seeing how he has some free time now we decided upon our venture of passive income bringing in about 15 g a day to start. I'm gonna be busy doing the marketing portion since I have all the contacts until it gets going and off the ground and then well, fishing, writing a few songs.

KR Do you read these things? I am a big fan of yours and saw you 4-5 years ago in Fairfax,VA. You came this way not too long ago but it was farther away anhd i'm broke. Both my husabdn and I have had HCV for over 20 years( we're in your age group). he got his when he was in the military from a transfusion when he was injured in combat. I got my from another man I partied w/ who was a military guy. Unless you are famous or rich treatment is sparse. Both of us have had semi-teatment, me 2x him1x that failed. The only way poor people can get the meds is to be in a study somewhere. People need to wake up and pay attention this epidemic is going tobe 100x worse than the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

on July 2, 2010 , my son was returning home from a deployment in Haiti, before being deployed to Afghanistan. He never made it home. when i hear born free , it describes my son to a tee. kid rock has a way of touching peoples hearts thru music. born free helps me cope with loosing my son, my only child. I never thought i would have a day without him in my life. now i have lots of days with only his memory to hold on to. thank you for your music.
I was born and raised in Michigan but like 100's of thousands of others have had to leave the great state of Michigan to find work. I just wanted to say that I love seeing your name in the news because it is ALWAYS something good. I love seeing you in Detroit promoting the great city and state of Michigan. Too many people that 'make it' and have money leave and forget where they are from and where they grew up, what made them who they are today. All of your actions remind me so much of home and what the people of Michigan are all about. You have recorded everything from country ballads , rap to hard rock. You are a true lover of music and it shows and I have more and more respect for you for that. Please keep being you and living the right way allowing everyone else to live as they chose and not disrespecting them for it. and again..Thank you.. just for being you.

He doesn't CARE he just wants people think he does. Our Military is still fighting Bushs war. Once again PLEASE don't let Mitt muddy Born Free for his own noriaty it is yours. This makes me very sad. First off , Just like everyone else I am 1 of your biggest fans!! Thank you for your Music!! Literally, at points in my life if it had not been for listening to your music I would be scared to think where life would have me today!! But just wanted to throw this out in the air.. with all that you do to give back and handing out CARE to our neighbors and our brothers .. Have you thought about challenging you fans to step up and reach out and give more then they got to those around them .. I personally love and feel that the lyrics in your songs need to pointed out to us all and I am a fan that probably will never be able to attend your concert but I am fan that has alot to give to someone in need and needs someone to stand hand in hand and face truth!! And any and all your fans can CARE and do about something! Maybe by something of this sort of challenge .. not only will you but maybe your fans will give and those giving will give more .. and fans that thought they couldnt do your concerts or wished they could tell you what your music had done for them and say thanks might get their chance to do just that... I want to lay in bed and watch movies with you all day. I want to travel with you and see things nobody else has ever seen, just so we can say we have something nobody else does. My husband is currently serving our country in Afghanistan and he had recently asked me in a phone call if I could find out if Kid Rock would be heading his way while he is deployed. I love the idea of the smaller venue concerts (although, never stop the larger ones). Especially for the more devoted fans (like me). I didn't have enough time for this Malibu concert but hopefully I will be front and center for the next.
Ck you need to be a member of the Kid Rock Congregation. It costs $10 bucks for some perks and $30 bucks for a few more perks but both membership rates gets you the chance for early tickets.
I am a Detroiter who lives in Malibu, but still works for a Detroit company. I can't get tickets to the show at Malibu Inn this weekend because it's sold out. If there is any way to still purchase tickets, I would love to see a little Detroit in Malibu!

I have been a huge fan of Kid Rock for many years! I was so excited to support his cause and see him in concert December 4 in Boise at the Knitting Factory. I hate the Knitting Factory, but spent $140 of my hard earned money on tickets for me and my husband simply because it was Kid!! I am 43 years old and remember the days when people at concerts were all there for the same reason...the music! Everyone got along! We chose to go to the upstairs part of the venue to let all younger people fight it out down on the floor. We found a pretty good spot early on and stood there quite awhile. At the last minute, a group of less than classy girls showed and started pushing trying to get in front of us. Well, my bar brawl days are over, but I will stand my ground and I did. They were pushing so hard, the girls in front me were getting pissed at me! So, I apologized to them and bought them a drink explaining that I was being pushed into them. Long story short, the girls behind us, after rubbing themselves all over the bouncer, were soon close friends with him. They kept telling the bouncer that my husband was pushing them out of the way. We were just standing our ground. I was not about to give up my spot! The bouncer threatened to throw US out! Although the skanks were keeping up there part of the problem, we were supposed to just back down. So the bouncer asked us to leave. I was so disappointed that people like that win. I only got to see 3 of Kid's songs and I'd been looking forward to this concert since October! Kid, I think you get a bad rap from the media, but I personally think you're a great American and have a huge heart! Sure wish I could've seen your show! Kim in Boise
@ KAREN: The KRC has a presale. Usually a week or so before the tickets go public. The presale usually starts at 3 pm EST. You have to get an account set up through Artists Arena or do it really fast during the ticket purchase process. If you don't complete your sale in 6 minutes the tickets to back to the "purchase" area for someone else to purchase. I got my tickets for Comerica this way and had to pick them up at the stadium. Good process and keeps people from scalping.
