    After performing two shows for our military in California myself and the band headed to Telluride, CO for a skiing vacation. I spent sometime one morning there with Mrs. Brimhall's second grade class. I talked and showed them pictures of my travels overseas to visit and entertain our troops as well as play a few quick songs for them. They sang "jingle bell rock" for me and each wrote a short paragraph of what it means to be "Born Free". Was a very cool and fun experience!! Thanks to everyone in Telluride for your hospitality and if anyone ever has the chance to visit, please do! Telluride is absolutely beautiful, great skiing, very laid back, nice people and LOW KEY!! Rock On Telluride! God Bless Our Troops. [see more pics here]

awwww. thats very sweet. Startled for a moment cause the boy in all te way to the left with the grey shirt, looks pretty much like my own son... ;-) So I had to look twice, but no its not him.... Glad you have some relaxed and enjoyable times now... Holidays are coming. whoooo hoooo! :-)

Unfortunately, I had an emergency with one of the kids I volunteer with the day you're birthday bash tix went on sale, so I didn't get them before they sold out (was hoping to celebrate mine with you, as mines the following week!) As a veteran I say thank you for entertaining our troops and as a artist, I think it is really cool that you visited the school while you were on down time. Why don't you hear more stories like this. Rock on Kid! Please come to St. Louis soon, My 10 yr old would love to see you and she knows all your songs.
