Hello, this is America..........land of the free, home of the brave.........supposed to be Democracy not Communist......"signs, signs, everywhere signs"! However, I agree that asking the Kid to put out the cigar and/or escorting him out should have been the fine for the crime, but I'm guessing he would not have been nearly as devistated as I was when I was escorted out of his concert @ KFC Yum Center last year.........and I was smoking NOTHING.......just some uptight witch (probably Mr. Snell's sister) in my row, with attitude and obviously she didn't care for mine........and YEP I had consumed several whiskey shots..........afterall it was KID ROCK in concert.........I LOVE YOU BOBBY.........HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Ain't it funny how the story and the glory and the times have changed? AND, who says the KID CAN'T WALK ON WATER? Roll on Rollacoaster - KEEP ON ROCKIN even if not in a free world!

And with the recent study that came out this week from the Journal of the American Medical Association stating that marijuana does not impair lung function, problem solved and no more cry baby complaints... plus with a little luck they might get a contact high and not be so damn cranky...

No offense to Travis Tritt but it sounds like his event was pretty lame if people had nothing better to do but complain about Kid Rock smoking a cigar... Sounded like Kid Rock cooperated and everyone is still alive and breathing so as far as any legal action goes that is absolutely ridiculous. Kid Rock would be treated unfairly cause he is famous. People need to get a life and stop hating!!!

I'm sorry I'm a huge fan but I'm also a smoker as well.... this is suppose to be a free country and those freedoms are very rapidly being taken away from us. There's so many laws now they overlap to where they dont even make since anymore. I'm tired of feeling like an outcast everytime I want to light one up... I honestly wouldn't want to make anyone sick but banning smoking from bars and concerts is nonsense....I feel like he was a big enough man to apologize and that should be good enough...but because of those privileges he's worked so hard to achieve they sometimes come back to bite you in the ass...someone will see $$$$$ signs here and that's a shame! Hey Kid next time you light up cover it with your hand like we do.lol After buying tickets for Atlanta and due to surgery couldn't go i got to see you in Orlando and had a " smokin" good time.

Omg, cry baby Sally! Oops, I meant Randy. If it was such a big "stink", why didn't anyone have the balls to approach Bobby that night and kindly ask him to put the cigar out? Then, if he had been asked to stop and he refused (acted like a drunk ass) there'd be more story to delve into. This sounds to me like a classic case of "shoulda, coulda, woulda" and this nurse was quite ready to be "heard" and get bold after the fact. You're the "elder" in this situation Randy.
