If it were anyone else lighting up a smoke at this show, there would be nothing said or done about it, but because of who you are and what you do, you KNOW this 58 yr old man is going to pursue this to get some money, and that, is beyond disgusting.....Sorry that you have to go through this!! He is a normal person who makes mistakes and has flaws. He said he was sorry that should be enough. If he was not "KID ROCK" there never would have been an article in the first place and he would have not had to appologize publicly for making a "bad decision". Those of us who are not famous make bad decisions everyday. Be glad we don'y have to go before the world to say were sorry. Everyone needs to back off! Kid puts his pants on the same way we do brushes his teeth the same way we do loves his son the same way we do.....get the point?

He stepped up to the plate, appologized for his lapse in judgement. That's that! Sadly, there will always be those coat tail riders. I am not a smoker, of cigarettes. I don't really enjoy a smoke filled room and tend to avoid them. I would have been pissed, but if, as stated, he realized it and took positive action, that would have been good with me. Ya gotta feel for Kid, he's a constant target. Fame is bitter sweet!

First of all telling people that they can't smoke in an establishment is just the goverment taking away another one of your " Born Free"doms. If it's YOUR joint how can they say that. If you don't like smoke don't go. It should be up to owners. Secondly these guys are probably a bunch of protcol following do gooders who have never lived it up. Relax people! Not one to believe in special treament for celebs. ie. Vince Neil, thirty days for vehicular manslaughter. Thats a joke. But Mr. Rock has given so much to the communities of Michigan as well as the rest of the country, a little perk like that, who cares. If they asked him to put it out, I guess you gotta man up and put it out. But persoanlly, a few drinks and a cigar.... Who gives a shit. Lifes to short to bitch about trivial things.
