So why should Kid Rock get special treatment? How about the fact that he unselfishly contributes to those less fortunate than himself ? Hundreds of thousands of dollars of his own money has gone to feed the hungry, provide shelter for the homeless, to help make life better for those in need. Not only in Detroit and Michigan, but all over the U.S. of A. He supports our country and those who defend it, and his music strikes a chord with listeners the world over. Kid Rock could afford to live anywhere in the world he wants, but he makes Michigan his home. So kick back with some Jim Beam or a BadAss beer, and send a check to the Kid Rock Foundation, and give the Rockman some slack!

Unless it is an outdoor venue, almost every venue around is a non-smoking now a days. Even the outdoor venues you can't smoke but in the designated smoking areas. I don't think it has anything to do with having special privilages as Kid said. (But you say what you have to.) I'm sure your cigar smoke was not the only smoke that guy inhaled/smelled. It's part of the experience of a concert and has b...een for forever. People go out have a good time and regardless of the venues policy whether its a celebrity or joe smo people light up. Serious, for the 90 minues Travis Trit was on stage instead of complaining you should have just stood up and enjoyed the show. Or are you also the kind of people who sit at a concert and complain about the people in front of you who stand and dance around and have a good time.

Well, I live my life by the same old values.."Do unto Others" I think that you probably shouldn't have, and didn't really think about it, and you did apologize. But I love you with all my heart, but if I was with you ....I would have said said something to you and then left it up to you....I don't think it really is about a name that you have just an action that was questioned. xo

So my first comment was said because I am a true fan. However I would have to say that if you do attend an event and it is a non smoking atmosphere then I would agree that noone should receive special priviledges when it comes to something that could harm someone's health... However that being said I would say that this person is just trying to make smoke out of mirrors or however that saying goes... Basically someone else just trying to screw Kid over....At least it was just a cigar he fired up... Could have been worse...lol Vicki (Born Free) again
