Great post CHRISSY55, We thankyou, your family and especially your husband. Please do your best to send a letter people - Kid Rock.

CHRISSY55 SAYS (1 hour ago) When I hear the word "Heroes" I think of our men and women serving in the military. My husband is currently active duty military (Navy) and is in Iraq right now. My "Hero" is my husband for his service and dedication to his country. I haven't seen my husband since June 2011, he is currently serving a 6 month deployment in Iraq. He will be home for Christmas, just don't know when the exact date is yet. My other "Hero" are my two kids, Ben (12) and Emma (10). I know this is not an easy life and they haven't seen their dad in 6 months, but their courage and strength are incredible. I love my family very much and can't imagine life without them. I know Kid Rock is a huge support for the military and this does not go unnoticed. Thank you for your support for our men and women in uniform.

Just one more thing...... if you would like to send an injured soldier a Holiday card, please see below. I have been spreading the word about the "Holiday Mail for Heroes" program and hope that we can send as many injured soldiers Holiday cards as we can. The address is as follows:

HOLIDAY MAIL FOR HEROES PO BOX 5456
    CAPITAL HEIGHTS, MARYLAND
    20791-5456

    Thank you so much!

I think it's a wonderful idea. I will be sure to include one for them tomorrow when I sit down to address my cards.

I will share this post on my personal and business pages for Facebook & Twitter. I think this is great to send Christmas cards to the soldiers. Thanks Chrissy & Michelle for the idea and addresses. God Bless :)

:) Here are a couple other addresses circulating to send Christmas Wishes to our Soldiers. 1. A Recovering American Soldier, c/o Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20307-5001. 2. A Recovering American Soldier c/o Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, 8901 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20889-5600 .....If we pass these addresses on and everyone sends one card, think of how many cards these wonderful, special people, who have sacrificed so much would get
