    Kid Rock Helps Homeless Family Find New Hope

    A somewhat unlikely hero has helped a Western New York family in need.

    Kid Rock played a show at Town Ballroom Sunday night as part of a tour meant to have his foundation help out other cities.

    And through a donation to the Boys and Girls club, one local family who has spent the last 10 months homeless will now be able to have an apartment to call their own.

    Robert Yacone tells us it's been tough to keep things going after his wife left him and his three children. "But unfortunate too when we arrived back in town.. I've had tragedy too. My brother was killed on a motorcycle September 17th, at 40-years-old, on a country road, hit a deer... so I don't what else could have gotten worse for me. And then tonight to win this, it's just so much of a fairy tale."

    During the press conference, Kid Rock said, "I'm a big believer that when enough people get together and care about anything, that the human spirit's very powerful, and can change things."

    Grants were also given out to Music is Art, Gauches Unite and Special Spaces.

Another GREAT show at the Townball room in Buffalo! This was the third time I seen him in 9 months!! Kid Rocks music helps me get through some tough times in my life. He is so down to earth and really cares about the troops and the whole USA.

ok this needs to be on the new fox news and all news help someone out and pay it forward god is the guy and kidv was tought right he has just a amazzing heart proud to say i am a hudg fan some on his wall even say thear may be a intervention need with that amy lol but se this is why i am so fasanated with him he is not afreaid to cair and that he does he spreading the joy around and not just at the holidays he does it year round way to go and god bless that familey boy what a story .faith can move moutians i no cause my son was out alot a tours wear hec was pined down and i felt it and prayed then a few hrs would go by and he would call and tell me mom you had that candle light and i felt it so hey you all take a chance and do it for someone who needs it ok kid does so we can to just cant do it to his badass cool styel but we can cair i am posting this and then the song cair on my wall o yea job well dune and he does look so great doesnt he yea all whoop whoop :) love this story bet his mama is proud of him
