In my opinion the best songs on "Born Free" are: "Born Free", "Slow My Roll", "Care", "God Bless Saturday", "Collide", "Times Like These" and "Rock Botom Blues". Admittedly I do miss some of the aspects from "Rock N Roll Jesus" but that is what makes Kid Rock so great. Just when you think you know the answers, Bobby changes the questions. Looking forward to catching KR and the TBT on tour.
I love this whole album...but No. 10, Rock On really hits home for me. This has been a very bad year for me and listening to that song speaks to my soul. It comforts me and brings me peace. Thank you!

I don't know what to say. It's a good album, but I don't like it. What happened to the American Bad Ass? How did you go from Rock and Roll Jesus to this? What happened to make you go country, and lite country at that? Not one rock song, really?
If you actually read these things, I feel let down. What I liked about you was the variety of songs you put out. You could put out rock, rap, and country, slow and fast all on the same album. Those days seem to be over.If this is what you are going to be producing, count me out. If I could get my money back for this album, I would. Rest assured, my entertainment dollars will be spent somewhere else.
Perhaps you need to spend more time in Detroit to get back to where you came from. We supported you, came to see you, bought your albums and this drivel is how you repay us? Its sad to see another artist sell out to music industry hacks who have no idea what your fans actually want. Time to move to Nashville and change your name because you aren't a Kid and you sure don't Rock.
