Definately a more mellow Kid Rock, I love it! My favorite after listening to it once is Slow My Roll. :) Also, how can you go wrong with Seger participating!
I've been listening to Born Free on Kid's facebook page for a week. NOW I"VE GOT THE CD. I just picked it up. You've got some truly inspirational songs on this cd, Bobbie. GREAT JOB! luv u.
I do like the album. It sounds awesome. Kid Rock could sing the phone book to me and I'd be ecstatic. The mans voice just does something to me. And I'm sorry but it doesn't surprise me he's settling down a little bit. I think it's really nice to see. I can finally understand everything he's saying. And if I need a little Rock from the Kid, I can always go to previous CD's. There's plenty there. But in this day and age when everything is so crazy all the time, it's nice to have something from him that I can relax to. Thank you, Bobby, I really adore this CD. It'll definitely be one I'll buy.
"BORN FREE"...The best cd by far!! I can so relate to "COLLIDE", "TIMES LIKE THESE", and "ROCK ON"!! We all have skeletons and would love to go back one more time!!! YOU ARE THE MAN!!!
As we get older we need to realize more and more where we came from. Kid, this is midwest solid!! While I always enjoy you rockin out, these songs hit home. Thanks for staying down to earth. Great album. We here in Metro Detroit appreciate you never forgetting where you came from. See ya at the Joe!!
I have been to all his tours and he is one of my favs but not real sure about the new album yet. I have country in my roots but some good rock n roll and rap mixed in is what made Kid Rock who he is. I am disappointed that there isn't any of these songs like previous albums. However I will still pay to see him on tour as no one gives you more bang for your buck.

Good songs and of good quality again, but it is too country based for me. Need more songs like "Rock Bottom Blues," and "God Bless Saturday." In other words, songs that rock and make one want to get loud!

I became a fan when I seen you play at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. You turned your ball cap around and grabbed the banjo and I fell in love! The new web site is cool too! Will the fan site be updated too?
this is a great album!!! just like rock n roll jesus,cocky and kid rock albums to me those are the best. Kid you are really great i hope you keep making great music. Really the only thing missing on this album is a song with kracker

Love it love the country feel to it
I have been to all his tours and he is one of my favs but not real sure about the new album yet. I have country in my roots but some good rock n roll and rap mixed in is what made Kid Rock who he is.
